- the sofa in my room was old and not comfortable, I informed the receptionist to replace it or something, the lady said she will see and come back to me but she never did. - the breakfast buffet staff were nice to me the first day but the second they treated me like I’m almost invisible ( maybe they wanted me to tip the first day but I went to breakfast without wallet, this is really weird)

The staff was very attentive and efficient to the point of being intrusive. The kids club closed after few days and the swimming g pool is not open to kids for most of the time.

Altough the Select Special breakfast was a disaster- waited 1 hr for kitchen to send a basket of bread 🥖 and selection of butters and oysters each while you have your table only for 1.5hrs

The restaurant prices were slightly expensive & there was a €4 charge for the nespresso pods in the room, which was not obvious without checking the mini bar prices, but thats is the only negative i can mention.

The location is brilliant, the facilities & the rooms are modern, clean & beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly, efficient & knowledgeable.

The staff & service at the terrace restaurant was poor, it took ages to even get a menu, and then order and also then to pay. They were very friendly but the service was slow. The food & drinks were over priced for the quality you get, such as chips are 9euro and down the street they are much less and just as delicious.

We loved the hotel grounds, the outdoor pool, the room design & decor and the indoor pool area are very nice. There is nice aromas all around the hotel. We loved the toilet which comes with a remote control for cleaning and air drying. It also has heated seats! The beds were very comfortable which helped us sleep very well each night You can book the indoor pool area (like a spa) I’d recommend!! The location is fantastic, close to the old town (los naranjos) for food & drinks and a great atmosphere. It’s also beachfront so very nice for a walk down the promenade with a range of bars & restaurants. The staff were very good especially at the front door.

Hotel is very stylish. It has been recently refurbished. There is a very nice atmosphere probably because you can feel there is a family behind it and not a big group.
