We had to eat in the room because there was only one open restaurant to be found, which was crowded. So a second chair or a communal room would have helped.

This is a beautiful old house in an exceptionally beautiful part of town. Our room was simply furnished but spacious and clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.

I had a room on the ground floor and next to a small street so I could hear people passing in the street very well. But there really weren’t many and not at night so not a big deal.

Our room could have been made cozier with some lamps, rather than stark overhead lighting. There was a communal lounge near to the breakfast room - but this was closed in the afternoons/ evenings. More could have been made of this as an additional welcoming space for guests.

The location in the historic centre of Agüimes is ideal. The town is delightful and authentic - yet only 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel building is beautiful, as is the courtyard garden.

The loudly buzzing green exit light in the room that was lighting even if you switched off all the lights.

The staff was really kind and helpful and spoke really good English. The room was perfectly clean. The location is also perfect just in the centre of the town. The hotel itself looks cool.

We stayed in a different room than we had booked. This is not something the hotel told us, we had to figure that out ourselves. The bathroom is ok but needs an upgrade The room is noisy

Nice location near the main square of Aguimes. The Room is big and looks nice with the wood.

It is hard to find in a car, due to narrow roads and pedestrian sections. Best to park at the roundabout and walk the short distance to the hotel. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

. Lovely old hotel. Large rooms, traditionally furnished. Lovely setting round a verdant garden. Very good continental breakfast. Very easy walk to several bars and restaurants. Helpful receptionist who spoke good English. This is not a major tourist town and it helps to know a little Spanish.

The bathroom was a bit dated and breakfast was nothing special. Parking was incredibly difficult to find, would have been good to have a parking lot to navigate to ahead of time.

We only stayed one night, but it was quiet, small, charming and a great stop. Historic streets, and very spacious room.

Room 11 needs a few items checking: - Air con control needs new batteries - Bulb gone above bed - TV main channels not tuned in properly. I wasn't able to report these as I left early.

Casa Rurale style hotel in the centre of Agüimes. My room was large and had large comfortable beds. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived. It was a short stay, but the Casa is a decent base for anyone to stay in the area. Bus station is just a short walk from the hotel for further exploring. A courtyard is available to sit in and relax and there is a bar, but I didn't notice when this was open.

We stayed at Los Camellos for our final night in Gran Canaria. We absolutely loved the location, the old house, the courtyard, window opening towards the camel´s statue etc. The town was buzzing on a Saturday night, but at night it was all quiet and we had a really good sleep. We really enjoyed our short stay; unfortunately we left early in the morning and could not enjoy the breakfast they serve. Very close and convenient for a short drive to the airport.
