There is a little kitchen with refrigerator, induction stove (which I couldn't figure out how to use), plates, cups, and a couple of pots, but it wasn't very functional for travelers - no microwave or coffeemaker. Breakfast isn't included so a coffeemaker would have been nice. The shower had very good hot water and water pressure, but water kept leaking from the shower all over the bathroom floor. Poor shower design or installation! Also the sink faucet operated by sensor and only dispensed cold water. VERY inconvenient! The towel racks were too high up for a shorty like me.

Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Nuevos Ministerios train/subway (goes to/from airport), with very good restaurants nearby - staff gave us excellent recommendations. Front desk people were helpful and efficient and they were there 24 hours. Housekeeping was also very good. Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small couch and table.

The first apartment had water leaking in from the windows; wet carpet. The management moved us to a more suitable apartment.

Location was close to retaurants and coffee places and also supermarkets were close by.

We had a nice corner room with a patio to enjoy coffee in the morning. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. We had a nice breakfast only a few steps away.

The kitchen wasn't that equipped...not even a sponge and dishes soap ....there was a noise in the room all the time(hard to sleep)probably the old fridge.You can also hear the guests from the other room when having a shower or using the water in the bathroom.

I liked the room for the most part...it was pretty clean and looked cute .the staff at the reception was really nice.

Wifi was very slow I kept having issues to talk by messenger. It kept buffering. And the tv channels did not all work it said something about the network. So network not that good and that is what was not good about the hotel. Everything else was good

WiFi Internet service was slow most of the time. Our room was located across from a restaurant and right across from the dumpsters. Therefore, the disposal of glass waste from the restaurant and the collection of the municipal nightly public garbage service was particularly cumbersome and noisy (a characteristic of the city of Madrid. I would highly recommend double glassing. And, of course, ice machines! Since the small refrigerators at the suites do not make enough ice.

Staff and service. Excellent location. We received excellent service and attention from the staff of the hotel. I was surprised to be able to read the local newspapers that are posted daily in the reception for your enjoyment. The Basilica is in an excellent location, with many restaurants, cafes and bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.

We wish the hotel had at least one ice machine as the mini fridge doesn't get cold enough to freeze. The internet speed tends to be a bit slow sometimes. Some of the decors seemed old, but we noted extensive remodelling plans, including furniture and air conditioning, are underway. Maybe our room will become part of the remodelling program when we leave.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. A kitchenette with suitable accessories for our needs. The bathroom has a modern shower, accessories, toiletries, and guest slippers. All the attentive and friendly staff responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. We use the dry cleaning and laundry service, and our clothes came back ironed and perfumed. Great job! Something that I loved was the possibility of reading the newspaper daily. It is available to guests at the reception. They even allow you to take it to your room to read it in peace. Pure luxury!

The air conditioning unit failed one decisive night (in which the temperature outside was extremely high), due to a malfunction. What most annoyed me is that the hotel staff didn't even hint at apologizing or compensating me in any way.

The building was good, clean and functional. The location is not amazing (especially if you plan, as most tourists, on spending most of your days around the city center. The room was spacious and relatively clean.
