The Hotel was slightly far from the main attractions but luckily the metro was close by and easy to use.

The sofa bed in the family room is not comfortable at all. There is no isolation in the rooms, you can hear your next room guests all the time and it feels that they are in the same room

The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, beach and the city main attractions. Breakfast is good even though there could be more fresh juice instead of Canned ones.

Had a strange situation where at around 9 or 10am someone tried to enter my room. I assume it was cleaning staff. I'm glad I had the locking chain on the door otherwise it would've been quite awkward.

Breakfast was not that great since it was mostly cold kind of spread and specially with the temperature it didn't go well. Room size was also relatively smaller.

Since we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we initially missed it. Perhaps it was due to fatigue from the journey, or perhaps the hotel could benefit from better lighting.

Approaching the hotel in the El Poblenou district, we were initially apprehensive, concerned that it might be too far from the main attractions. However, these fears were unfounded as the location proved to be absolutely charming. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and there were many others just like us. It’s a fantastic spot for families. The rooms were of a standard quality, and the breakfasts quite decent. I would happily return.

Poor lighting inside the room, lighting could have been improved. Space inside the room was very compact and got barely space to walk for 4. Only normal Television unit present and could have been improved with smart tv for better entertainment when inside the room. Few hot food can be included in breakfast menu for the price paid. Breakfast place is very small and compact. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable with strong pointy metals not covered safely, this may hurt the kids.

Location of hotel was good, easy access to metro station and bus stops. Staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful.

- This was known since before, but the hotel is a bit away from the center and the main tourist areas. The metro gets you there within minutes though.

- There were queues for breakfast (expected, as it was the easter break), but overall the breakfast was good enough. - Staff is friendly and courteous - One can store luggage free of cost.

There is a weird smell in the room that I need to open the window for a really long time to refresh the air.

Breakfast makes you feel like you eat in a school canteen. The buffet has diversity however quality could be much better. Especially when you think that you are in Spain. There was no fresh vegetables. No toilet brush in the toilets? Why?? I still really dont get it 😅

The location is good, close to the see and Rambla del Poblenou. Many places to eat, drink, supermarket and desert. It was clean but dont expect a new hotel. It’s an old hotel. Needs a renovation

If i were to stay here again, i would request a room on the 3rd floor or above. I was on the second floor right about the breakfast area and was awoken early by the constant scrapping of chairs.
