There is no curtains, There is no lighting for the beds, there are no electric sockets.

Of course the stuff, reception was amazing helpful with beautiful welcome smile. The location is great and house keeping team is awesome.

There’s a bunch of things that could be improved. - In our room there was only one socket and at the reception they didn’t have any power strip that we could use to charge our phones at the same time. - There were no curtains to the beds and no hangers at all in the room where to hang our jackets. - Not all showers had hot water and no hot water at all from the sinks. - I would also advise to put some small lamps/lights to each bed and some shelves in the bathrooms where we could put our toiletries.

I really liked the central location and the staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and so the bathrooms.

I recently stayed in this hostel for one night alone and I booked an all female dormitory, the price was really good especially that I booked last minute in the middle of the night an hour before arriving, the staff answered my call and upon arrival were very helpful and extremely nice which made me feel more comfortable as a girl staying alone, the hostel is in the heart of the old town which is perfect, bus and train stops are walking distance, the room was average, ive seen much worse, and the bathroom was okay, but again out of experience it was pretty good, I felt comfortable and safe.

There wasn’t much light in the rooms, felt a bit too dark in the bunks away from the window. The room also got quite cold - probably good for in the summer but needed a couple extra blankets in early March

Location was great, staff were very helpful. Visited in the off season so were able to get a free upgrade to a less busy room! Free sangria was great too :)

Beds very creaky and table and lamp was fragile/broken. Twin bed room faced onto the shared corridor and the window which was above the door opened from the outside in the corridor, so the room didn't feel secure because of this.

Excellent central location. We were able to check in very late and use the communal area. Staff member was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Twin bedroom. Fine for overnight stay if you okay with the very basics.

It was an old man with bad conditions of sleep and the staff never came to check the status ,I didn't get sleep because of that

Please fix the men's bathroom at the third floor. There was no lid on the toilet.

Need to sort out showers, no shower head on one and no hooks on any so have to hold shower in your hand, not ok.

We got a private room but with a shared bathroom. The room was on a level with shared rooms, so we haven’t had really privacy. Too many user’s for a bathroom. Moreover the bathroom was not really modern equipped and not in a hygienic condition.

The Hostel wss were good located. It was right in the city center. AC as fully functional. Very much needed during summer.
