Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandOnly thing I didn't like was the toilet paper in the bedrooms !!!
Breakfast was good. I only wished for a big cup/mug for tea and the scrambled eggs weren't great....bit thick and cold instead of fluffy and hot. Would also have loved some home made natural yoghurt for the fruit salad.

United KingdomWe loved everything
The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and only a short walk from The Alcazar, Cathedral, Plaza De Espana,. The rooftop bar is a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and drinks are very reasonably priced. Our room was a good size, very clean with a modern bathroom, and the balcony was an additional bonus (lay on the sunbed watching the stars one evening). The breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choice even for myself as a vegetarian, with plenty of staff on duty. This was our first visit to Seville, what a beautiful city! So pleased we chose this hotel for our stay and will be recommending highly to family and friends. Oh, and last but not least, thanks for the bottle of Fizz left in our room.

UkraineThe staff was very responsive and kind. The hotel congratulated my husband on his birthday - it was unexpectable and very cute. The location is perfect, close to all the main tourist places. When I'll visit Seville again, I'll stay in this hotel!

South AfricaKitchen facilities are limited, e.g. only 4 plates and 2 bowls for an apartment with 3 double bedrooms.
Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Luxury hotel. Very friendly hotel staff. Huge outdoor terrace, perfect for sundowner drinks and early morning coffee. Great for different couples travelling, or if travelling with older children. Stairs in apartment, so not for people with mobility issues.

United KingdomThe corridors were very echoey, due to the marble floors, but this is hotel and to be expected. Nothing else to say.
Everything about our stay was amazing. From the spacious and very quiet room to the staff friendliness. The breakfast was amazing, the widest range of choice that I have ever seen, but this must be standard for a 4* hotel, we need to do this more. We had a glass of bubbly at breakfast every morning. The staff were happy to chat and give advice and were in general very interested in your trip. We stayed a week, and it happened to be our anniversary too, which the staff noticed and left us a bottle of bubbly on ice in our room which we discovered after a long day out exploring this fantastic city. It was such nice suprise. The shower was the best. We didn't pay for a balcony, but we got the next best thing, a view of a white painted simple unused courtyard at the back, which meant silence day and night. We had a few rainy days in March, and we were glad to have such peaceful sanctuary to go back to after a long day sightseeing.

United KingdomThe aircon in the rooms wasn't great and had it been much hotter it may have been a problem although we didn't complain about it! The chairs up on the roof terrace are desperately uncomfortable and we would probably have spent a bit more time and money up there if they hadn't been. Having said that I'm struggling to think of any other negative points.
This is the second time we have stayed in Hotel Fernando III and it didn't disappoint. the rooms are nice The breakfasts are buffet style with plenty of choice and excellent but we didn't eat any other meals in the hotel so cant comment on that. The staff are fantastic, I have a folding mobility scooter that whoever was on would rush to get it from the store when I went out, and rushed to put it back when I came back. one very slight lady from reception carried it down the steps for me, despite it weighing 30kg!! The staff were all very nice and helpful but one member of staff that stood out, i think her name was Mirabell, she was exceptional. The location is great, with only a short walk to all the main attractions

My husband and I have just come back from our 30th wedding anniversary in seville. This hotel was beyond exceptional. From the staff at the reception on our arrival to the staff in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. (Which was excellent so much choice). . Gonzalo was the best bar man on the roof top terrace pool. He went over and above to welcome us, gave my husband advice on his red wines. We will certainly be back at this hotel. .Thank you also for our champagne to our room .
