Do not have self check-in option, we arrived late in the night because our flight was delayed, so we’ve been charged extra 50€ for late check-in.

Spacious, great location and it was quite in the night, that is rare thing in the center of Barcelona.

Unfortunately, The building itself had mold, we could smell it when entering the lobby. It was not bad in the apartment on the 2nd floor, but my wife suffered an asthma attack that put her down for 2 of the 3 days we were in Barcelona. We could not stay there again for that reason.

The apartment was spacious, modernized and ideal for our needs. The 2nd bedroom was small and did not accommodate our luggage, but we were able to manage. We had a long wait to pick up the keys due to the policy. We arrived at 10 am and sat at the corner café until 12:30 pm to get the keys. We were notified in advance of this condition, but it was inconvenient. Location was very convenient to the Hop-On/off bus route, and to the Sagrada la Familia Cathedral. Unfortunately, The building itself had mold, we could smell it when entering the lobby. It was not bad in the apartment on the 2nd floor, but my wife suffered an asthma attack that put her down for 2 of the 3 days we were in Barcelona. We could not stay there again for that reason.

The twin room was like a cupboard with no space between the beds and no window

The location was amazing. The social spaces were really generous and the kitchen was really well equipped.

We had to wait for about 35 minutes before someone arrived to provide the keys and this was after I had notified the property at least 4-5 times of our arrival time. The person dropping off the keys seemed to be be in a hurry to get out of the apartment and left my husband and daughter downstairs while she took me upstairs - it would have felt more welcoming if we had all been involved in the handover which was brief - I think she was in a hurry. There is a bond of 250Euro payable at the time of handing over the keys which is only refunded after the apartment has been vacated and checked. The room occupied by my daughter was quite small and didn't have a blind on the window so wasn't dark enough at night and the whole apartment could have done with a good sweep. The balcony was small and overlooked an ugly internal courtyard. Also, there are about half a dozen steps up to the elevator.

The apartment was in a good location, within walking distance of a metro stop and about 20 minutes walk from Las Ramblas. There were also interesting laneways and shops close by. The apartment itself was roomy enough and the beds were clean.

Before arrived the host agreed that we can check in at 12:00, it was very kind since the checking is set to 15:00, however the apartment was not clean and the previos gests were still there, the host told us that it will take 45 minutes to clean the apartment, but at the end it was ready only after 15:30. when we asked the host for help she wrote us that from her side when she gave us the key we already checked in, this is so rude. she didn't even suggested any compensation for this delay. on the first day one of the toilets stopped working, although we tried reaching her or the office they didn't reply us, and only after 2 days they responded that the day after someone will come to fix it, only after we didn't agree they sent someone to fix it. again without any compensation suggestion.

the location is great, the appartemnet is big and comfortable, very well equiped.

Not very comfortable beds (but it's subjective...). A litle bit "old fashion", but still quite good furniture. Empty container of liquid hand soap.

Good location. We found almost all what need to have in holidays time in apartments. There was some problem with the shower and it was solved quite soon-during the day.

There is no need for a sauna. Better use the space for a shower. Even though the jacuzzi tub is great, it is not easy to get in and out for older people or people with disabilities.

Mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable, bathroom tub side tall so may be challenging for someone unsteady on their feet, and because there's no shower curtain water tended to get floor more wet, second bedroom small and cramped, construction not only on road outside but also going on in the building. Had to pay extra for a late arrival, which is odd since the facilities sat there unused all day. Would have greatly appreciated a bottle of water since no one recommends drinking the tap water.

Good location, large place, good kitchen, good size bathroom, elevator to get upstairs, friendly staff that reached out to us before our arrival.

Perhaps a bigger kettle will be helpful since it accommodates so many people. Sadly, the 2 smaller rooms are much smaller than the master and have no windows.

It was posted as newly renovated. Well, if you look at the shower and some other details you will have a hard time believing it (I took pictures). The worst was that it was specifically advertised as the only apartment to come with a parking spot- and then they forced us to pay for it or would not hand over the keys. One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the kitchen of the next apartment - and the wall was directly connected to the kitchen counter, the food processor, and the screaming kid. No problem waking up early. The washer and dryer are left outside to the elements and a provisional little ‘roof’- this just calls for mold and other problems. The dishwasher was left to us with ‘one’ single tab. We bought a box of it. In the kitchen, there were 5 appliances competing for the same power outlet: microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and toaster. In a nutshell: it was presented as a newly furnished/ renovated apartment but the overall standard was more like 3 stars.

This is in a great location with a shop and a bakery and several restaurants/ bars just within 5 min.
