Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing that we didn’t take into account before booking. It’s up a hill and has no lift but we knew that. A toaster, electric jug and a few sachets to make a hot drink would have been nice.
Room was plenty big enough and we slept okay on the beds that worried us when we first arrived. There is a kitchenette but we barely used it as it wasn’t really set up for cooking.

Not a lot really - this is a rural community, so one has to expect the facilities and weather at this time of year will be in pre-season mode; so pack for warmth and wet weather and expect to wander/explore for meal/entertainment options. We were grateful to have a room with a balcony, however the view is of the street and adjacent building with no vista beyond; though there are plenty of good vantage points in the village to witness these. The real attraction for us was accessibility to M.Blanc, the mountains and Poblets Monastery (not to be missed) and then as a base to amble back through the stunning countryside and villages (Siurana - very special) back down towards the coast and Ebro Delta
The peace and quiet of the location - we only spent one night here and appreciate the season may still not yet have started so/is yet to get up and fully running. The restaurant was not yet open, but there are restaurants and cafes close by for meals and breakfast which also encourages you to explore Mont Blanc (the purpose of our visit). We were warmly greeted on ringing the doorbell and assisted to our room where everything was well explained and check-out was very easy

Location in the center of montblanc. Owner friendly and we were able to store our bikes. Smaller room and bathroom but didn’t expect anything more for this price. Good value for money.

The rooms could maybe use a bit of updating and sprucing up but for the price, it more than does the job. On a side note, we struggled to eat well in Montblanc and on a Sunday afternoon, not much is open. Having said that, Montblanc is worth a visit.
This is a modest hotel in a great location and nice enough for a short stay in Montblanc. The welcome is friendly, the room is airy and the shower pressure is good. It's in a quiet spot and we slept really well. There's no breakfast or restaurant but we got a great breakfast at Forn de Pa Joan on Carrer Major (opens 8.30). We were able to leave our bags after check-out.

Basic for the price. But it is Montblanc, so accommodation can be quite expensive compared to other places in Catalunya.

The hotel was fine, but the tourist office treated us in a very unfriendly way. We just wanted to ask the main places in the town (as every tourist does), and the lady working there basically said "it is all in the map". Finally, after insisting, she indicated us just the two main places and "invited us away". Not the way to welcome tourists willing to stay and bring money to the town.
Nice and clean basic hotel. Silent.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet street in the center of old town, very close to parking and the Plaza Mayor. The room was clean and warm (we visited in the winter).

It's a hostel with a small kitchenette and four beds to each room. The facilities are clean. Shower water pressure is excellent. Located in the center of town, close to restaurants and within walking distance of the train station.

Add some sparkle by new furnishings.
Lication was good and the facilities fine ...but the dark atmosphere was a turn off. This was accentuated by it having been smarly converted ..maybe in the 1980's ...but furnishings were either brown or old...or both.

Unloading luggage is a little difficult because of the location inside of the walls…but you can’t have one thing without the other.
Right in the medieval fort, walked to plaza mayor for restaurants.
