Can be a little noisy at night but that’s to be expected given the central location. Took a little bit of getting used to keeping an eye on my phone battery and keeping it charged so we could use it to open the front door and apartment door.

Great location, clean and tidy and well equipped. The space is a little narrow, so if using the sofa as a bed there is not much space to relax. However, the kitchen is spacious and there is a dining table. Good size bed and comfortable. En suite large enough and functions well. Like the French doors and Juliet balconies.

The only thing I can think of is that there could have been an armchair or individual comfy chair to sit & read or watch TV - in addition to the couch in main living area.

Location was excellent. Just off Rambla. A couple of minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations. Lovely old building but all modern interiors & a lift. Everything provided in the apartment that you would need.

You can hear noise at night from the street. Not all apartments have access to the terrace, but we did have balconies. Sofa bed was noisy but about what you’d expect from a sofa bed.

We loved the apartment! Very good location, facilities and interior. Very helpful hosts who responded to messages quickly. We accessed the apartment through an app on my phone which was very easy to do and we were even able to enter a bit earlier than 3.

It was an electroinc key that I had to download an app to use and keep my phone working. Only I could use it as my wife did not have a phone. As such, we could not go out separately either. Also, extremely noisy right until about 0400 in the morning most nights. Horrible sleep, even on 3rd floor, due to the partying and drunk people walking. Elevator did not work and thus had to walk up several flights of stairs with all bags. No idea how to use washing machine as completely different than those in North America and no instructions.

All 3 days the sink was clogged in the bathroom and the water did not pass through, It was a problem to wash face and brush your teeth and we did it in the kitchen. The only thing that is very bad is that there is no reception in this hotel, and we had to spend a lot of time to leave our things in another office,on weekends the office is located in another second place far away from the hotel 25 min.

The check-in process at this hotel is not very easy:))You must check in yourself using the link that the hotel sends you. Then you have to download the special program of the hotel to receive the electronic key at exactly 15.00 o'clock in your day of check-in.If it's going to be older people it's going to be difficult for them to figure it out. If you arrive with your luggage before 15.00 and do not want to walk with it then you need to leave it at another hotel office for a 20-minute walk, because there is no reception in these apartments.We really liked the apartment ,it was close to Rambla.If you like to sleep well, the hotel has very thin walls, you can hear everything that happens right behind the wall on the street.We were 2 mothers with 2 children(5 and 8y.o.)and we got an apartment with a beautiful antique terrace and a small pool with fish. I understand that this is the only apartment with a large terrace in this hotel. Our children were very happy.Thank you very much!Very comfortable mattresses, pillows and the apartment has everything to live every day. It's very cozy. The ceiling and floors are very beautiful. There was an oval on the ceiling in one bedroom and it seemed to all of us that it was spinning:)))

A bit noisy during the night. Maybe you should add to the rules book the exact location of the trash bins , it only says 50mts away but we had difficulty finding them.

We did not like at all the fact that we were contacted multiple times telling us to do the check-in online in advance. We answered every time we were contacted, that we will stop by at your office to pick up the key and we want the office staff to do our check-in together with us when we come to your office! We have handled the check-in this way earlier with Ola Living, and we will NOT do the check-in online. Very frustrating that you didn't listen to us, but kept on harrassing us with this online check-in stuff!

Its quite a challenge to get in since we needed to install the app but otherwise it was ok. We stayed for 4 days but toilet paper was not enough for a family of 4. No instructions on how to use the appliances so we needed to research online. No towel racks or places to hang laundry since patio was off limits to laundry

The unit is large and clean with complete kitchen facilities and implements. The patio was beautiful and let us feel as if we have our own home in the middle of the Gothic quarter. Beds were confy, even the sofa bed for our kids.

The digital key is a total desaster! First, in order to get it ,you have to sign in a very long and not common procedure (like taking a selfie with your ID), and do it for all the mambers that are staying. one is not enough. Then, during the stay, we unfortunatly had our phone battery die during the day, and actually did not have any way to go in. Had to charge the phone in a near shop (that was kind enough to help), and it was a cold evevining with 2 kids, waiting outside. Finally on the day of the checkout (which is at 11), we went out for coffee in the morning, when we came back at 10:30 the key didnt work. That happend to another couple, and they were waiting with us as well. It took long enough to solve the issue, finding ourselves, again with 2 small kids spending unplanned time just standing on the street. Im sure there can be a better and easier solution. Just made the whole expirience kind of a 7-8 instead of 10.

The location is amazing! Also the apartment itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable.

As I said I did not like all of the paperwork required before checking in to the apartment. I also did not like the lack of toilet paper. We had to shop for toilet paper during our stay.

I was predisposed to not like the property because of all the paperwork required before checking in. I was very uncomfortable taking pictures of everyone’s passports. However, once that was done, I was quite happy with the place. It was very modern and clean and comfortable. I loved all of the natural light and the cement floors. The kitchen was a measure to work in. My daughter slept on the pullout couch and said it was very comfortable.

Not sure why they say there is a quiet time because the noise from the streets continues all hours of the night. I recommend that the property provide ear plugs. I also recommend they provide more than two rolls of toilet paper when you have a group of four adults.

Great location in the Gothic district close to Las Ramblas and the metro. Nice modern apartment with full kitchen.

This apartment is not suitable for 5 persons. There is only one toilet. one single bed bedroom and double bedroom. The other two persons have to sleep on a Safa bed. Also, the street is very crowded and very noise until mid night. We have 6 day stays and the door key which use a Door open app expired 3 days earlier. The wash machine equipped is Europeans Style in Spanish, and there is no English instructions been provided. It is not user friendly for people from Non-Spanish speaking countries

This apartment has great location, it is minutes away from Cathedral of Barcelona, Very clean and great security with three locks to the apartment. It is located at the center of the City. The apartment has 3 balcony windows that you can walk out and enjoy the urban style living!
