Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Decor is tired and falling apart in places. Pool is very cold.
Staff are absolutely fantastic, they couldn't be helpful enough. They location is perfect, everything is walkable. Great value for money.

This is a fantastic property needs to be freshened up and probably extend the opening time of the pool bar as it closed very early !!

OK, so the decor is a little dated but very clean, we were amused with the gate opening ceremony to the pool every morning! :)
Good size apt, great aircon, comfy beds, great shower, good kitchen, plenty of space for everything! And location is so central!! Oh and staff were lovely!!!

The queuing to reserve sun loungers in the morning was a pain, although we never had an issue in getting them it was just something I didn’t need to be stressing about on holiday.
Location of the property was fantastic. Was so close to the Main Street but without the noise of it all.

The pool was fantastic but there were varying opening times after the cleaning was finished. There were many people who came down to reserve beds by the pool and then left for hours at a time. This was quite annoying even though there were signs all around saying that you couldn't reserve beds. The rooms were clean but we only received one fresh set of towels and sheets during our stay. The apartments could also do with some renovation. The air conditioning was in the sitting room area of the apartment and not the bedroom and the unit is quite old and was struggling during the recent heatwave. Overall though, would highly recommend Fuentepark Apartments because of the location.
The location of these apartments is fantastic! You are so close to everything yet, the complex is quiet and far enough away from bars to keep it quiet. The pool is very clean and was cleaned every day. We stayed for a week. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly - from the cleaning and maintenance staff to the reception and pool staff! Their language skills were absolutely fantastic! The spa attached to the hotel is also fantastic. Beatrice was absolutely wonderful! This is a wonderful place to unwind and relax for a peaceful holiday - yet still being really close to wonderful restaurants and bars.

That there wasn't enough sunbeds by the pool as some other people staying there were taking 8 to 10 beds in the morning and wouldn't be seen by the pool till after 4pm in the evening
The apartments were lovely and clean and the apartments are in an ideal location so close to everything and all the staff at reception and the pool bar were so lovely and really welcoming 😀

The ants....
The staff were so nice...bottle of wine left for us because we were returning customers...most definitely hope to return again....the pool, the pool bar and the lovely staff there also made our stay so nice...the air-conditioning great n proximity to main strip and to beach fantastic...we also had a lovely massage at the complex very reasonable...we had a great holiday
