Great location. Check in was remarkably easy - it's all done electronically with a code for entry and a tablet that sets up your key card. Everything was clean, towels were provided too which was great.

The aircon was on and too cold, we did not know how to switch it off and there was no stuff to ask.

Maybe it’s because we were there on a weeknight during the off-season, but it was like a ghost town. We didn’t see any staff. It seemed like there were only two other guests in the whole building. Common area was totally empty. It was nice in terms of privacy, but felt kind of weird.

The self-check-in was convenient. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it looked like it was very well supplied. The dorm room was comfortable with big under-bed lockers.

If you have something like a mobile phoneor a book falling down behind the bed, it's wery difficult to get hold of it.

Nice clean place, very good location close to the central station, the old town and the big food market by the river. Well equipped kitchen, stove, microwave and two big friges. Very calm and quiet, I heared nothing during the night. I recommend the place, and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location, there are not a lot 'vibes' in the hostel but honestly, it was perfect. Super clean, comfy beds, big kitchen (saved me a lot of money ;) ), kind staff, place to work.... Will definitely rebook when I return to Bilbao

Swlf check in was easy. Hostel is very clean. Location is close to city centre. It did not expect that good for this cheap price.

The showers could be better designed for use

There are lockers in the room, take a padlock with you. The location is great! You can do the whole city by feet

There's no staff on site. Self registration displays your bed number only on the screen, so people forget their bed number, and it's a mess. The bed that I was assigned was already occupied. No phone number was displayed for easy access to support line. My suggestion: send an email with the bed number.

For most of the 3-day stay, I seemed to be the only guest, in fact, the only person in the whole facility. Self-check in, hence no staff around either. On the morning of the first and third night, there was a noticeable smell in the common area/kitchen. I was thus concerned if people may had access to the premise who were not supposed to be there, and was happy that in addition to the lock at the guest room's door, there was another lock between the common area and the area of the dorms. In total, it was a slightly eerie experience.

Lockers don’t seem to lock properly with locks which was a bit frustrating - we let staff know and they arranged a good option for us as this was important to us.

Self serve check in was easy enough and pretty fun. Staff available to help via what’s app if needed and they assisted when we needed. Location was great - best part of Bilbao town.

That in one of the bathrooms we didn't have hot water and we found 2 cockroaches in the room when we woke up in the morning 😵

The lock in the shower was missing but it's easy to fix. Besides that, everything was great!

Self check-in was pretty straightforward, the bed was comfortable and the location was also great, right at the center.

The room was a little bit tight but other than that it has everything you need. While the location is convenient, it's in a bit of a dodgy neighborhood, something to keep in mind. The north of Bilbao is nicer of that's what you're after.

Great hostel for those looking for a quite vibe and a place to rest. It's not the social or party type of place. The location is ok. Pretty much inside old town where you have plenty of shops, cafes, etc. It's conveniently located since you can walk around and find lots to do. The metro station is close by so you can get anywhere in the city quite easily.
