GermanyThe website of the property states that there is a heated pool. This is not the case and appears misleading. Also one of the receptionists was very unhelpful and tried to charge us extra costs that did not apply! All the other staff was great though!

RussiaThe room facilities didn't feel quite fresh, but it wasn't much of a problem. The hotel is within walking distance of the city, but you should be in good shape to walk a bit uphill if you don't have a car.
A fantastic view of the Palafrugell from the rooftop, a quiet and spacious territory with beautiful pines, and a good restaurant with a large selection of meals for dinner and breakfast (buffet-style).

United KingdomNo food available at midday- long walk into town, very steep coming back. The pool, gardens and restaurant could do with a bit of up dating- most of the plastic loungers were cracked. There is no connection between the indoor dining room and outside one: the former has vast glass windows that don’t open, so it’s very stuffy. The cooked breakfast options are always cold
Attractively decorated, if small, rooms, with balconies looking over the gardens and town to the sea. Very reasonable and well cooked evening meals. Large swimming pool.

New ZealandThere was a bit of a damp smell. The lift unless operated by water made a lot of water flowing noises. The tunnel to the dining area was dank and there was water on the middle of the floor after rain. Still overall can be recommended.
The staff were efficient but not welcoming. Rooms lovely. Breakfast good. A quick walk to the beach area downhill.

We stayed in the family cabin. There was a lot of space and the bedding was very comfortable. The location was close to the pool and to the street and it was very easy to get into town. The hotel had a lovely pool and bar area and a very cute train for children to ride once a day. The hotel is very close to the Callela center but just outside so it feels a peaceful and relaxing compared to the bustling town

United KingdomThe cost of the hotel room does not reflect the quality of the hotel. I feel people are being overcharged for basic rooms. I do not feel this hotel offers good value for money. Unfortunately, this is now typical of Spain in general.
I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment. The room was clean but quite basic. The seaview was a seaview, but was unspectacular. The location of the hotel is good, near to the resort. Reception staff were friendly.

United States of AmericaBreakfast not included was too expensive for adult. It should be €10. . Five people in the duplex was crowded. They should not have charged us for the extra bed. The staff had no knowledge of water, activities in Callel. We found a tourist information desk in LeFranc. (Only by walking in the Lefranc). A rather long distance to walk uphill from the Sea. Ok for young, not good for elderly.
Beautiful grounds. Swimming pool. Hot tub. Great Buffet breakfast.  However, breakfast that was not included in the room, was expensive for adults. 10 euros would make more sense, versus 20 euros. Friendly and helpful staff.
