Hotel is a bit tired and needs a small facelift. Tiles missing, doors need a paint. Food was OK. Suggestion have less variety/Quantity and focus on Quality

Poor lighting on corridors at night. My husband fell in water on the floor that we didn't see in the dark. Reported to staff, with only one member of staff asking how he was. Poor entertainment, repetitive and unexciting. There's not much to see in surrounding areas. It's definitely a hotel to go for a restful holiday

Great room, good size. Very clean. There is plenty of choice in food. Great pool area, with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The only issue is the location which means getting taxis to the beach or using lifts which are limited. This can be a bit tiresome.

Not being able to reserve a table for 6 at meal times as I was travelling with my elderly parents and brother and sister-in-law and niece it was difficult finding tables together and the lack of English channels on the tv if we retired early in the evening

The food was really good choice, rooms and views very good and the Adults only top pool was excellent

Staff was very disappointing and in some instances we have found them very unprofessional.

The accommodation is really beautiful, probably was one of the best view I have seen, balcony facing directly to the ocean. With 10 mins walk you can reach Beaches and restaurants and shops. Room was big and Bright

I might have been slightly unlucky as I got a room next to the cleaning ladies storage, so from early morning until noon it was quite noisy. However with the earplugs it was ok ;) Since it is such a big hotel, it was also very loud in the restaurant with staff sometimes cleaning your table before you actually finished your meal. I recommend eating at the terrace whenever possible - less noise and a beautiful view.

Perfect location - a stunning view on the ocean from the cliff and elevators to bring you to the seaside. Once you’re down, it is only a couple of minutes in both directions (Puerto Rico & Amadores) to get to the beach, marina and shops. Food - a lot of choice, fresh and changing. The hotel itself - huge but nice. Infinity pools were one of the best spots to spend time for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, the hotel is pet-friendly and everyone was very nice to my dog there :)

The entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Some nights better than others.

Our 2nd stay at Gloria Palace. Our request for a room in Block 3 was granted which we really appreciated. The room was clean and spacious. The food was excellent and all staff were polite and welcoming. The swimming pool was wonderful and there were plenty sun loungers available, although a great many were reserved with towels by people who didn't bother to use them.

The management of the property is messy. We had an awful check-in experience, which took hours. The first time, the key card was not activated, the second time people were living in the room!!! The third time, a room which is not according to the picture of our booking and a cockroach in the room. The fourth time, they gave us another room where people were sleeping!!! We were running around the property for hours until finally settling down in the late evening... The reception offered a free lunch buffet as compensation, but it did not compensate for the hours of unpleasant efforts.

While we are not overly meticulous individuals, it's worth noting that upon checking into the room, we encountered hairs from previous occupants, signaling a lapse in cleanliness. The cleaning service appeared to adopt a rather lax "southern style," as there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in properly cleaning the room. Issues encompassed hairs, stains on mirrors, and a wet floor resulting from a leaking shower. Our overall experience was still great... I just want you to know what to expect.

Large parking with at least three levels, which we utilized during our stay. The room and views were truly spectacular, exactly as depicted on their website. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a delicious culinary experience. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling along the path near the shoreline in the evenings.

The hotel was up to its usual high standards but your Taxi service leaves a lot to be desired. We booked a return taxi to the hotel for the 16th of November which was fine but the return taxi let us down. On morning of the 23rd I checked my return printout to find we were to be picked up at 18.35 which was our flight time. When we booked our return trip we gave our flight number and flight time so assumed you would wotk out the proper pick up time. We contacted the Taxi company to be told they could not change the pick up time and we would have to book another one. At this stage we just got the hotel to book us a taxi which cost us 68 euro so our trip to airport cost us 118.22euro. We would like you to look into this mix up! Maurice Cliffe

I have been before. The hotel is comfortable, restaurant has plenty of choice and all well presented with staff very helpful. Spa is beautiful and reasonable in price. Room was exceptionally large, clean, airy and had a beautiful sea view. It was cleaned everyday with regular change of linen and towels. Reception staff were superb; so helpful

Only thing was that it says spa facilities which it had but you have to sign up for 3 days at €33 per day so extra €99 euros!!! Would have been nice just to use steam and jacuzzi.

Great location. Great breakfast. Clean. Comfortable room. Very quiet in our block. Loads of sun beds and fantastic pool. Lovely bathroom and balcony. Definitely go back 👍
