The window of my room was facing the shaft that's why you did not always have proper sunlight and fresh air.

The hotel did not have a luggage room. they had to use the reception.

The room vas quiet and clean and nice. Ther room had a balcony with wiev over the roofs. the location in the town was good. it took 20 minutes to walk to the Alhambra.

I had reserved a twin bed room on Booking .com but the hotel did not have twin bed rooms - just a double bed . It was for a friend and I so my friend stayed somewhere else and I had the room to myself as there was only 1 bed !

The bathroom light plug is behind the bathroom door. It’s a bit confusing

It’s near to the ancient places to visit…on foot it will take 20 minutes. The room is good for one person, it was cleaned. Good showers and comfortable bed

Towels were not clean. Poor sound insulation. Smell from the bathroom. No parking available at the property - found a lot nearby for 10€/day.

The breakfast could be improved. The room where it is served is very tight and there isn't much diversity. Considering we payed for it separately (reservation without breakfast) we considered too expensive for the options available. Also the mattress was not firm enough, rendering it uncomfortable.

The hotel is very well located, in the center of Granada, just by the Gran Via - 2 minutes walking from the Cathedral, for instance, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The hotel is nice and cozy, extremely clean, and with nice staff.

The bed was comfortable but had a single inadequate bolster pillow with very small scatter cushions. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. There were vending machines for hot drinks and snacks in reception, but they only took coins so no coins, no pre-breakfast early morning coffee or late night nightcaps.

The location is very good. Close enough to the main attractions to be easily reached with a stroll but away from noise. The room was very clean.

Nice location in narrow street, walk distance to railway station, historical centre and Alhambra too. Room renovated in modern style, clean, big enough, with balcony and AC. Breakfast regarding to 2 stars level.

They market themselves as if they can offer parking, but 4 parking spaces that are allways full is not a "parking available" option. Had to park in underground parking garage - 10min walk + 20eur/night

it’s not about the property but about public parking. it costs 12 euro per 24 hours (from 0:00 to 0:00), so if you park the car at 11 pm and need to pick it up at 8am next morning be ready to pay 24 euro

Bathroom light has the same switch with the fan, which is a bit annoying. When I called the reception and asked "can you speak English" the staff just said no then hanged up. Could have been a bit more friendly or helpful. The following day I called several times but got hanged up not sure what was wrong. There's one receptionist who speak fluent English and a lady with limited English, and the other should be the one who answered my call. Generally speaking, this hotel is quite nice and good value for money, if you don't speak Spanish and don't expect of any service either.

The location is good, less than 10 mins walk to the cathedral and bus stops are just nearby. Room is quite spacious and the inner decoration looks refreshing.

A perfectly fine budget hotel in a great location just off the main road, so within walking distance to many places whilst also being quiet. Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked fine. What more do you possibly need?

Great value for money, Good location, only couple of minutes to the city center, Close to the public transport (bus stations), close to the bus station for Alhambra. Very kind personnel on reception. Bathroom and room were clean, AC working without a problem.
