No fridge or kettle in the room. Children’s beds were so thin could feel the springs. Not very welcoming. Staff rude. Food edible, but not great. Food doesn’t cater for children. Pool area small for the size of accommodation.

Rubbish bins not emptied I had to do a litter pick why I was there before my son could play on the Astro staff were as helpful as they could be but just not enough would not recommend

Location was good but water park was to close on 31st of October but closed on the Sunday 2 days before Went to complain but couldn’t contact Director?? So complained to booking .com they also couldn’t get any response was very disappointing about this it did spoil are holiday

I reserved a room for £62 , I arrived very early in the morning after 2am, and had to pay right away even though I had another booking a day later for 3 days, I had to pay £68 ??? pounds. Which technically I only stayed in the hotel that 1st morning until check out which was less than 12 hours I also wanted to extend my stay which I had to do online which I thought was strange as the hotel should of provided me with a good rate which they did not. I booked the extra night then had to email the confirmation to the hotel as it didn't come through straight away , the reception called my room for me to come down which was after 2pm, even though I had to get up and extend at 10 am in the morning as I asked on arrival and also the night before. Regarding the extra night I moved from building 1 on the 1st morning to building 2 , beds are NOT comfortable. At all!!!!! 1st room in building 1 was terrible , shower was broken and rusty towel had holes in it not what I expected for 78 euros that was disappointing for only 10 hour stay.

Pools and around pools need renovation, my child found 300 loose tiles at the bottom of baby pool, made up a game collecting them all. Some of the steps are wobbly and dangerous. Tiles and drains in parts are black needs power washing. It makes the place look shabby, if it was cleaner it would be an amazing place.

So much Entertainment, activities, shows, kids club, slides, pools all fantastic for kids. Entertainment staff are brilliant, pool at park 2 is busy with water games, music, dance all throughout the day. Slides are brilliant, they are at the top level so a bit of a trek but was manageable . Middle level pools are lovely, beside a bar with good food choices but deep for kids.

Not a real 4 star hotel. Rooms very small, furniture very basic, A/C in my room only kicked in at 17 Celsius, so it was either sweat or freeze. Too many rooms for available space means too many people at once in pools, no longchairs available, lots of noise at night in hallways until 12-1 a.m. with no hotel security stepping in to quiet down the noise makers. Hotel is spread out across multiple buildings, with many floors (6). Too many rooms made for elevators almost always having long cues and people taking the stairs.

There was a football tournament on , and the hotel was heaving with youngsters , very noisy and created a bit of mayhem , although not hotels fault it did hamper our break

Big pool with slides was closed in April. It was disappointing because it was the reason for booking the hotel. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful hotel and very close to the beach side and loads of amenities.

The main problem of that hotel is that its very noisy, even after middnight, and starting again in the morning about 5 a.m. It wasn't so clean as we were expected, as it's 4 stars. The cleaners will come to change your bedding not every day, I am not talking about cleaning the room, even on last day they add only towels, no mopping.

It was amazing, funny for kids, swimming pools and location. Not too expensive, excluding the parking which you have to pay separately!

This is not a hotel for people with small kids (stroller) or with walking difficulties. Honestly if you are tired you would probably not be able to get round the hotel properly. There are many rooms but limited elevators. The kids splash park is right on the top so it will take you ages to get up there. Dragging all your stuff would also not be easy. The temperature of the water in the pool was baltic and would take quite a while to warm up. The Wifi was awful. I could only get decent reception down at breakfast area. The beds - were really uncomfortable and noisy. They were metal frame metal netting type of beds. It would make a very loud noise if you move and would wake up my partner. There is no insulation between the rooms (sound proofing) so if you are unlucky to get noisy neighbours then you will not sleep at all. Generally as a hotel it was really noise and rowdy so if you are looking to chill out and read a book by the pool it is not that type of location. If you want entertainment and party atmosphere this is the place. Generally the building was dated inside and could use a lick of paint.

The food selection at breakfast and dinner was really fantastic. The amount of entertainment options was really great. There was always something happening. The room was clean and was always maintained really well by the housekeeping team. The kids club and activities were great and really engaging! The animation team was fantastic and would really encourage the kids to participate in a variety of languages.
