Overall, the food in the restaurant buffet was very good, with just a few exceptions. Some of the fish wasn't to my taste. I really liked the curved Samsung Smart TV, but if you're going to put a smart TV in a hotel bedroom, please at least provide internet options such as Netflix and Amazon for those who have accounts to allow them to log on. This was very frustrating. There are only a handful of UK Digital channels to watch. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom was not very powerful and only had two heat settings, could have been a lot better.

Lovely pool, very friendly and attentive staff who were very efficient in the restaurant and the bar. We loved the gymnasium and the internal pool and spa. Overall, this is a very modern, well-managed hotel - it's extremely clean and has lots of great facilities. It's also in a great location: you can get to and from the airport using the A2 bus for 5 Euros and only takes about 15 minutes, so no need to book a transfer if you are happy to take the bus. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel, 50 meters walk.

The inside swimming pool was quite nice but too much chlorine, to the point that my eyes were irritated.

We only stayed for one night. The room was clean and in general we very satisfied with the stay. We haven't used restaurant as we eaten outside but it looked clean and quite full with customers.

We had an apartment which was supposed to have full seaview. We saw the sea but most of all we saw 3 big palmtrees. I was expecting to walk into the room and see the sea meeting the sky but all I saw was the crown of a big palmtree. I taked to reception about it but all they said was that no one else had complained about it and asked if I expected them to cut down the palmtrees. They offered to change the room but I did not see any point in doing that unless a room closest to the sea was offered. There were palmtrees in front of all the rest. I wanted some kind of compensation since we had paid for full seaview but they almost laughed at me. We were also supposed to have aircondition and heating. We turned on the aircodition one evening before we went to bed when it was really hot in the room. We woke up in +29 after a few hours. When I asked at reception they said we could not use aircondition because it had to bee turned on for the whole hotel and they did not want to do that yet as it was going to be cold in a few days. If they turned it on we would not be able to heat the room in the cold weather. It was never mentioned in facilities that it was either of the two only that they had both.

The room was stiflingly hot when we arrived, as the drapes were fully open to the balcony, with the afternoon sun on that side of the building, and the air conditioning is not activated in winter. Once night fell, we opened the balcony door and cooled the rooms, keeping them cool for the duration of our stay by closing the heavy drapes in the afternoon. Be forewarned: for security, there is no handle on the balcony side of the glass door, so if someone inside completely shuts it as you go out, you will remain on the balcony until someone inside opens the door.

We were two female relatives sharing a one-bedroom suite with a small but well-equipped kitchen area (although we did not cook while staying) and a living area. The property is older, but we had a completely renovated bathroom. I slept on the living room sofa comfortably. The balcony overlooking the beach was well worth the cost of the room. The breakfast is a buffet, with quite a large variety of cold and hot food options.

The walls seem to be made of paper and when we stayed there it seemed there were only people with children staying around us. It was really noisy all the time, from all directions... One can also hear every toilet flush from the apartment above. Also, (maybe because the apartment is quite big?), there is a bell next to the door and it is really loud - especially that it was the one next door buzzing several times a day, not ours!

The apartment was really spacious, with a separate bathroom, bedroom, balcony and a living room with kitchenette. It was much bigger than we expected, perfect for me and my parents who wake up early and could use the kitchen and chill on the balcony while waiting for me. There is a supermarket right around the corner so its possible to even do some groceries and cook. It has a beach view, many restaurants around. Half an hour to the city center by bus (bus stop right in front of the door). The reception desk works 24-7 so there was no problem with a check out at 4 am. It took us literally 5 minutes to go to the airport from there by taxi. The receptionists speak many languages and were very polite, professional and helpful. There is an indoor swimming pool thats free of charge (didnt use it).

The cook was ridiculous slow. It took 35 min to boil some water. (Ceramic stove) I needed an iron an I could borrow it from reception. They asked for 20e which the give back on return of the iron- that’s ok, however the iron was so old!

The cleaners during our stay were all different so no one knows what’s been cleaned or changed the days prior . Having stayed here for three weeks . Our towels were only changed once and shower not cleaned . Dusty floors , no Hoover used at all . Don’t eat in the restaurant. Food was awful . Would not recommend. Pizza every night along with the same other food . Very boring and meat not tested . The chicken we had was pink ! So we never eat in there again during our stay .

Great location . We booked a superior apartment which had a great view . Small bedroom but good living area . Great beach infront of the hotel and the pool was clean . The spa was small and generally used by families and kids .

The cleaners aren’t very good . A different one every couple of days so none of them know when bedding has been changed or rooms cleaned ! We stayed 3 weeks in total and I had to plead with one after two weeks for a clean washing up cloth and t-towel to wash up with as it hadn’t been changed . She argued with me in the hallway . Towels only changed once and the shower wasn’t cleaned at all . No coffee or tea replaced the whole stay . Food was dreadful , we went one night and it didn’t return again . The spa was over run with children and not a chilled place that we would have liked so again only used once ! Screaming and running around didn’t not provide us with a restful spa .

Location was why we booked this place . We wanted somewhere for winter sunny beach walks and this place is in a great area for this . The apartment was a good size , bedroom could have been easier to use if it wasn’t so tight to walk around the bed . Good views from the superior apartments over looking the pool and beach .

The apartments are spacious. There are basic utensils in the kitchen, but it was enough for us. Awesome sea view. It was nice to get a little birthday surprise. Great reception service. Wifi was ok - enough to watch streaming movies.
