The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. The pool although heated was still cold for the kids.

Great hotel in a perfect location bang in the centre of the city. Modern and well kept, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were helpful especially the ones at the reception and the restaurant.

We loved our stay at the H10 Cubik hotel in Barcelona. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was clean, we stayed at the Junior Suite, it was a quiet and beautiful room, with street view and a big window. The location was perfect too, we walked everywhere. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The ramblas is also just around the corner but it didn’t feel that touristic and crowded in our street. If we’re coming to Barcelona another time, we’d definitely book this hotel again. 10/10!!!!

This place is ideally located in the center of Barcelona close to all major tourist spots. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The decoration of the hotel is gorgeous with some real charm. If you add the great staff and the amazing breakfast, it can only be a perfect experience.

Staff were excellent. My luggage was delayed but it was delivered to me later that night. I didn't get the relevant documents and details then for insurance claim but I called two weeks later to ask hotel to send a letter to confirm delivery date and time of luggage. Your staff at the reception, Anas A was extremely helpful and helped me with my request. Another staff Ouimama who subsequently followed up was also very helpful. Please convey my appreciation to the two staff for the help. I eventually managed to get my insurance claim thanks to their help.

A small breakfast may have been nice. They also never leave enough coffee pods in the rooms. If you have two people who both drink regular, there isn't enough.

The location of the hotel is great. It is close everything that you would like to see and the metro station is nearby, so you can get to other locations quickly and efficiently.

The room was not as sound proof as we would have liked which resulted in us hearing people in the corridor, above us and through the walls. The shower head had good pressure but not very dispersed. TV channels are not in English/any other language so if you are looking to spend time in the room, this may not work for you.

Well located in the Gothic Quarter not far from the beach or city with great transport links. The metro, many busses, taxi's nearby including Aerobus to get between the hotel and the airport. The staff were really attentive and made an effort to ensure that our stay was good and that we knew of nearby attractions.

I have to get used to the fact that a 'city view' floor does not mean you're looking at greenery and parks. It does not work that way. That said, I did get a view of buildings and 3 historic structures as I was on the 5th floor.

This is the first time I've used an H10 brand of hotels and I would gladly use them again. The location of this hotel is excellent. Easy walk to restaurants, Santa Caterina Market & old town. The hotel was ultra clean. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Love the bathroom. One of the few showers in Europe that did not leak all over the floor. I did not have breakfast there so I cannot comment on that.

The pillows and mattress left something to be desired in terms of comfort. Despite this, I would still recommend H10 Barcelona for its convenience and ambiance.

The prime location made exploring the city easy, and the stylish interior, especially the rooftop bar, added to the experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.

Location, cleanliness and staff..all exemplarary. Rooftop area nice and relaxing, apart from people being allowed to smoke there. Food was nice, if a little pricey, but you're also paying for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel for food if you don't want to. Bed super comfy, lovely spacious bathroom!
