The mattress in our room had rotten. It needs to be cleaned or changed. The smell was bad

The bathroom shower smelled like mold. It did not smell like any cleaner was applied to the shower at all. The balcony door does not close out the wind. You can hear it all night long whistling... The welcome letter stated that the price list was kept in the magazine rack for room service and the in room bar but there is not magizine rack in the room? Everything in the room is glued down to the counters. My wife wanted to use the mirror for her makeup but she could not move it to where she needed it. The cost for the breakfast seems way to high. No one can eat 40 euro worth of food for breakfast. The TV says the hotel "WAX" is available which is a turntable with ten records already in the room but I did not have this in the room.

I like the Hotel beach access and the staff is very good. The roof top bar is nice as well. The bed was very big which was nice. The cafe was a nice place to eat on site because the buffet is too expensive.

The wrist bands instead of key cards for room access are a great idea but we are on the fence as to their practicality of use. Some of the facilities need a bit of an upgrade - such as the stairwell carpet (just avoid the stairs if you don't want to look at it!) The separate toilet is good but it has obscure glass and an automatic sensor light - which if you are sharing the room with someone, the light will disturb your sleep.

The check in service was hands down one of the best we have experienced. It was friendly, professional and straightforward. When there was a glitch with the room not quite being ready, everything was sorted out really quickly and we even received an upgrade. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had an amazing view. The rooftop bar is a must visit - go there to watch the world (and planes) go by. Heaps of choices for pools/beach/bars/restaurants and activities. Overall the resort was fantastic and definitely designed to keep you entertained in the one place.

I didn't like having to wear a bracelet all the time. I know it's an identifier, but it doesn't feel "premium" but show off for me. I just found "interesting" the distance between the WC and the sink in the room.

Loved how helpful and friendly the staff was at all times. Loved the room, the breakfast options (although my pregnant wife couldn't enjoy all of it).

Coffee shop closed too early. Sun loungers (splash) are extremely uncomfortable and needed padding. Music was really too loud most of the time.

The hotel is really nice, it’s my 10th staying with at the Hard Rock, staff honoured my request for the room, so I was delighted. The facilities in the room were spot on and had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable and staff cleaned and tidied everyday with white fluffy towels. Food and drinks although slightly expensive were of a good quality.

A very nice hotel complex with very professional and very good service. A very good breakfast buffet and very friendly and great staff there too. We celebrated a birthday. I had ordered a birthday decoration and a culinary arrangement in advance. Everything was arranged very nicely and done professionally from the Guest Service Team. Thanks to the Hard Rock Hotel Team!

Not a great value for money and asked us to pay a fee to check out 45min after the official check out time!!!

You only get a free bottle of water in room on day of arrival, this is cheap. Spa was ok but not great.

Music everywhere, including plenty of live music. Beach was cool, particularly the performances which were unexpected. Pool party was great. Tatel had great atmosphere.

On incident with landry. I took my jeans to hotel laundry and received them back absolutely ruined: fabric was dyed a different color and edges of jeans were very frayed. Seems like they washed all colors jeans together with high temperature. I claimed about and reception manager proposed me to delete laundry bill in total check-out bill. But the issue that jeans looks extremely bad and I cannot wear them anymore. And of course it costs much more than laundry. Be careful if you want to try this option, better find another one cleaning. They don’t care about your clothes. So unfortunately the incident spoiled impressions at the end.

Nice hotel closely to airport and Ushuaïa. Good breakfast with rather big assortment, two pools (party with dj and quiet) and beach club in first beach front (there weren’t any problems to find free beds despite of high season). We had nice room with sea and Ushuaïa view and no any disturbing because of music around. On my opinion better to choose Hard Rock and party in Ushuaïa cause the first one is more quite and clean.
