Location - perfect and safe! Space - cozy and with everything you need for 3-4 days :) Very friendly and lovely surroundings :) Super good location, nice city vibe and a lot of cafes, mini supermarkets around! Plus, if you are a person who likes to walk, everything is in walking distance :)

The hotel is located in the central part of the city, close to metro and bus stops. From here it is very convenient to get to any part of the city and to the main attractions. Despite the location, the room was quiet, which is a big bonus! There are also many shops and restaurants around. And I especially liked the availability of luggage storage!

The walls are very thin and you could hear everything happening on the floor. The sink in the bathroom was clogged.

The location was good and the rooms were also pretty nice. It was clean and you have an option to store your luggage for free.

Limited storage but fine for a few nights

Had everything we needed, very clean, easy to access. Nice to know there'd be no staff in our room during our stay. Enjoyed the great location and balcony, really useful having the workspace downstairs and plates and bowls available. We like to do our own thing and have limited staff interaction so this was perfect

We would have liked English TV channel just to switch on e.g BBC news. We had to use the same coffee cups each day for 3 days, I think we could have taken them downstairs to the communal kitchen but we were on the top floor, clean cups each day would have been lovely. A map of Barcelona in the room on arrival would be a bonus . A small chair to pop clothes on rather than the floor as there wasn't much room for clothes but we only had a rucksack so didn't bring much!

We really enjoyed the welcome beer in the fridge after walking around the city earlier. The coffee and tea were also welcome. We did buy some fresh milk that we could pop in the fridge. The lotions in the bathroom were really lovely to use and smelt fabulous! Great location, we were near to the main city but able to walk to everything. Easy to get to our room. We didn't see any other guests!! We felt very comfortable.

The loss of hot water for 24 hours and the shower leaked badly. The service was great though in fixing the hot water. The road outside was super noisy too.

Nothing to complain about at all. Was just strange not to meet any staff at all. That said, the WhatsApp system to answer our questions did work well - just felt odd as we've not experienced this before.

The location was amazing and the decoration of the room was modern, clean and nice. More than enough for one person. Also, I enjoyed the small balcony with a great street view and the bathroom was amazing. the bath products are fantastic!

The only thing to complain about is that there’s no housekeeping unless you pay for it. This should be clearly highlighted before booking. Also they provided me with only two towels for a three night stay and there was no washing machine I could use.

Automated check in and check out felt smooth. The location is very convenient and the room was comfortable for me. I liked the coffee machine and surprise free goodies as well.

Room was very warm. Could not get aircon to work. Had to leave windows open. Very noisy all night.
