It was offseason so I’m sure they could have put us in a room with a balcony, I doubt the hotel was close to full capacity

They did start some maintenance work, which is ok since the hotel is always running and they try to do it before the season, would be nice to inform the guests and ask for their acceptance of inconvenience.

Breakfast is a little bit expensive but it's on your choice. The hotel is located in the hill, so if you don't like to hike choose another option. There was no cattle in the room, but there is a coffee machine on the reception.

The location is not so far from the city centre. The stuff is friendly, the swimming pool area is cool even it was February and not a good weather for swimming, it still was nice to seat near.

Far from city center and on a hill. There is one bus that goes all the way to the hotel, but if you take a more frequent bus, it is a 5 minute hike on a steep hill. We were there in February, soo the distance was a biggie. Breakfast was good, but 18 euros is too much. For this price I would expect more than a buffet. For this price I would like a person come to me and hand me a menu with some meals that they can prepare as well.

Rooms were comfy and nice beaches quite close.

If you put Valparaiso in the map you get a bus that will leave you in front of the hotel but if you just search on google maps it will show you a stop where you need to walk 6 min and that road was pretty much inaccessible that we walked on the motorway which was scary but it was quiet so manageable 😅 then after that you have to walk uphill and some stairs to which we enjoyed as we counted it as exercising.

Very simple and clean hotel. The room was also excellent except we could hear some noises very late because our room was very close to the reception. We loved the bus accessibility right behind the hotel and on time always. It felt good to spend little on transportation 2 € a ride. The city center is not far off and there is a beach 30 min from the hotel, you could literally walk there.

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Allowed me to check in early, printed travel documents and I was able to stay later on departure day in the lobby, to finish up some work.

The location is not the most convenient. To get to the city centre you have to catch buses that don't run that often and don't really follow the schedule. We stayed there in winter and maybe that's why the hotel bar and restaurant were not working.

Spacious, comfortable apartaments. Good breakfast. Responsive and friendly staff. We have forgotten some valuable personal staff in the rooom and they have very promptly sent it to our home address.

The hotel is located 50 m from the public transport station, which is very good because the connection with the center of Palma is very convenient. The ticket price is 2 Euros per person in one direction. Tickets can be purchased from the drivers. The driver does not accept bills more significant than 10 Euros. Be ready for it.

We booked this hotel last minute as we wanted to spend a night in Palma, and we had a fantastic stay. The staff were great, the room was large, comfortable and spotless, and there is a bus stop across the road for getting into the city centre. Highly recommended.

It was like stepping back in time to the perceived luxory of the 1970s. Like stepping into James Bond’s room in the spy who loved me. I haven’t had a wired telephone in my bathroom since I stayed at Regent Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Ironically there was also one in my apartment in Turkey a week later. But I digress. The vibe was definitely 1970s chic. Just a bit kitsch.

It was fine. All the usual features were there.

The hotel is very reasonable and well-kept. It perfectly suited my needs. A very good value for money. It was not right in the middle of the centre of La Palma, but neither too far from it: only 15 min ride with a bus. It was interesting to explore the area as the hotel is situated not too far from Castell de Bellver and Fundacio Miro Mallorca.

The hotel is situated on a hill above the port. There is a bus service to town. Access on foot from the port area may be a little tiring due to the number of steps to be climbed. Bus or taxi needed to go to town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast. It was good value for money.
