    Nothing of any significance.

It's a pension just steps away from two major attractions: the Seville Cathedral and Real Alcázar. It's also within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of central Seville. The room was quite small, but comfortable. There's also a coffee service each morning, which many pensions don't offer. There's also a rooftop terrace with a great view of surrounding area. Given it's prime location, it's an excellent value for the money.

The only thing is I could hear other guests opening/closing room doors and the sound of the elevator even though I had 2 doors. It did not bother me much cause I was tired.

The girl at the reception was really nice and I had the possibilty to leave the luggage before the check in so I had the possibilty to explore the area. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect!

The location couldn’t have been better - right next to the cathedral and in walking distance of all the major attractions, but also very quiet at night! The staff were wonderful and the property is beautiful. Would definitely recommend - especially for someone travelling alone, I felt very safe during my stay ☺️

Very small room, ok for one person for a couple of days but not for longer. Very noisy building, lots of banging doors at night, loud voices as the sound travels as all tiled. So again - ok for a short stay but not if you are looking for quiet and relaxed.

Lovely staff - could not have been better, very clean, comfortable bed, decent shower and great location.

Rooms are tight, you need to sit sideways on the toilet. I was on the bottom floor and the main entrance door opens and closes a lot - it’s loud.

Location was incredible. Ease of access.

The noise sometimes coming up from the narrow street at night/early morning . Not the hotel's fault as the windows are new, double glazed ones but ear plugs were necessary for me. It's probably the case for all hotels in the narrow lanes of the centre

Perfect location for visiting the center of Seville, literally next door to the alcazar and cathedral. Everything can be done on foot and you can come and rest in your room or on the roof terrace between visits. Huge and extremely comfortable bed.

Bathroom is compact and exhaust fan in bathroom was full of dust but other than that there is no big issue. Could use 1 more light in shower area.

Location is just next to the cathedral and the royal palace, surrounded with restaurants and bars, very central and walkable. Reception staff is patient and helpful. Room itself is clean and TV can be uses for streaming services.

The walls are quite thin/doors very old and squeezy. It was great for one night but we would most likely only stay one night or if we were on a budget trip. Otherwise it was great.

The location is amazing for the price, right next to the Cathedral. The roof terrace is also a really lovely highlight of the place and something that makes it stand out! Once again you cannot go wrong for the price!

Coffee in the morning was only available after about 10am. This was a bit late for us as we needed to leave most mornings by 9am. As there were no tea or coffee facilities in the bedrooms, access to drinks from around 8am would have suited us better. There were cafes nearby, so we did just use them, but would have been better to have the earlier availability on site.

Check in and out was really easy. It was really easy to find and the staff were helpful and friendly. They spoke English really well, which was a big bonus due to our limited skills in speaking Spanish! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Located right near the Cathedral was brilliant. It felt safe and secure. There were plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Transport links nearby and a lot of things were walking distance.

Our room was on the ground floor, so it was quite noisy, both from the outside and in the hotel lobby.

The location is great! You are just few steps from Cathedral and Alcazar. The hotel has terrace with the view but we couldn't enjoy in it because of rain. Cleanliness is at a very high level.

The conditions of the toilet are not the best, looks a bit old, there is a little bit of mold on the corners but it wasn’t smelling bad or anything, so its not a big problem. The biggest problem for me was the noise that comes from other rooms pipes, I never heard something that loud. So if you want to have a lay in one or another day thats going to be a big inconvenience.

The location cant be better than this, specially for the price. The whole place is lovely, the atmosphere and decoration. The bed is super comfortable.

We had a problem with our room which smelled really strong of some kind of chemical that gave us headaches and even though it eventually got solved (they just sent us a code for a different room), it could have been done immediately instead of wasting our time trying to ventilate our room that had no window to the outside. It was Christmas Eve and we had to return to our room twice to report if it was getting better etc. they could have solved the problem immediately and let us enjoy Christmas Eve .

    Location and easy check in.

I had single room with the window to the patio. Next to the entrance and the elevator. The window is not soundproof. In this patio is a waiting room with a coffee for all the guests. All the time passing guests and taking the seat to rest and chat. The window is not soundproof. The size of the room was ok for one person . BUT THE BATHROOM IN TINY, IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE A TOILET - NO ROOM FOR LEGS, I HAD TO JUMP OVER THE TOILET TO USE A SHOWER

THE LOCACION OF THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT... IT IS NEXT TO THE ENTRANEC TO ALCAZAR, NEXT TO THE CATHEDRAL AND TOURIST INFORMATION OFFICE.

The size of the room is ok for someone who travels alone, but in my opinion the bed is too big for the room.

The location is excelent and it was very clean. There is a nice terrace at the top of the building where you can have a rest after visiting the town.
