There were no twin rooms only double rooms.-not suitable for friends.

When we arrived we were informed that we would have to change room after the first night but we were given a free full English breakfast every morning as compensation even though we were meant to be self catering. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Uphill walk back to the hotel from the beach but worth it.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was large and private with full sun from midday. Great view of Puerto Rico Marina, beach and hotels. Short walk to beach.

Entry to the rooms is through the balcony, and also its the main corridor. So that means the other guests are walking trough your balcony to get to their rooms. Its minor disadvantage considering the excellent views. What is also missing in the hotel is the proper facilities for kids. Playground is unsuitable for kids, concrete everywhere, old and poor condition in general. No playroom for kids as well. So if its really hot and you want to keep small kids in the shade its a bit problematic. And kids pool is really for babies only - very small.

This hotel has great location. Its close to the beach and shops, and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was exactly as on the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. We book the room with marina view and it was excellent.

The area around the pool is very tight with sunbeds very close to one another. Indeed some of the sunbeds could do with replacing.

The property was an excellent location for our holiday. Excellent for shopping walking bars etc. The apartment was nice and clean and the staff very friendly.

Loved the pool area, the view from the apartment. Staff at the pool vibe pool bar were fantastic in every way. Cheryl and Lee are just superb. Reception staff efficient and jolly. Cleaners do an incredible job. The place is spotless.

More covers for the fold out bed and one that’s more comfortable. I didn’t ask for more covers so I’m sure I could have gotten them. The sides of the pullout are very difficult to negotiate and come away bruise free. But it’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic property

It was my 3rd time back to Puerto Calma and I’ll go again. I love everything about it. From the beautiful rooms, the gorgeous kingside beds, the staff, the pool area. I couldn’t fault it. The view from the restaurant terrace to watch the sunset is fantastic.

Its a bit of a walk from the main resort but its not up such a steep hill as many of the hotels in Puerto Rico, also if you don't want to go far its right across the road from a supermarket and some bars and restaurants

Comfortable & clean apartments with a beautiful heated pool. The best part about the complex is the Vibe bar & restaurants run by a fantastic friendly team, they work so so hard and go above & beyond to ensure their customers have a fantastic time. Can recommend the tapas & grill nights, they were brilliant!
