Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great stop, we were in transit, shopping moll/center is nearby - didn't have time to visit. big parking, we got free breakfast although we didn't book it . Was great breakfast. comfy beds is a huge plus for us! 24h reception, no worry if you are late. We loved the place. We were there for trip to Gibraltar. about Gibraltar; really not worth :( disapointed. Only it has really great free botanical garden but you have to pay for parking. We were on Easter day so it was free but is soooo hard to find it. We asked for 1h free in hotel The Rock in front of the botanical garden.

This hotel is NOT In Gibraltar - my Dad booked this thinking were staying in Gibraltar BUT we werent. However in saying this you can catch the taxi to Gibraltar for the day which in my opinion is all you need to spend there. The TV is tiny, the wifi was a bit slow at times, there is no safe in the room to store belongings
Its a Holiday Inn - standard and expected rooms, decent sized, clean but they are dated rooms, Rooms came with beds that were ok sized, desk to work, closets to hand clothes, big sized shower. Room also had a kettle which was great for making tea in the morning. Hotel is also located to a large shopping centre, with a food court and some shops and cinemas.

We stayed there for one night to rest before taking feery to Algeciras the next morning. The stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and the staff welcoming. There is a large shopping center right next door with lots of stores, restaurants, fast food, etc.

The breakfast was very poor and the hotel is located in an industrial area. It is very expensive for an economy hotel. We booked thinking it was a regural Holiday inn and not the express type.

The location was a bit of a shock, check on map first as set away from any real amenities, retail park nearby which suit younger traveler, the breakfast sitting was a free for all and when we arrived there wasn't much warm food left but plenty to suit others

Brealfast could be better
Just what you need if you are traveling the andaluzia. We stoped there only for one night to shorten our drive to Cadiz from Malaga.

The car park is a bit small and get packed very quickly. Moreover, it's open and I haven't seen any cctv. Breakfast was weak. Very little choice.
Location is perfect. Close to the highway and next to a shopping mall with a great food court. Clean Perfect as a stop after or before crossing to Morocco

While our family was thoroughly impressed by the expansive and delightful breakfast selection, we encountered a few setbacks during our stay. The room assigned for our family of four was quite cramped, making movement and relaxation a bit challenging. We noticed that some rooms carried an unpleasant smell of cigarette, which was quite off-putting. It's a pity because the breakfast experience was genuinely top-notch. We hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.
