How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not as close to the airport as might be suggested. You need to take a taxi or bus.
Comfortable beds. Good shower. Helpful staff.

Bathroom doors (lock) was broken, could not fully close them. When we wanted to make tea, the kettle blew the fuse. Breakfast was average, could be way better. The hotel is very close to Airport, but there is no way to wall to Airport. The hotel does not provide a shuttle bus. The options are, take a bus (4euro per person), get a uber/bolt(from 8 to 12 euros), call taxi (around 12 euros). All the car rent places offer a shuttle bus to Airport, which are free.
Close to Airport, comfortable bed, clean, good sound isolations, we had a couch in the room were we could rest.

Bar area is small, but everything else was great.
Great location next to airport and Car Hire company. Friendly staff, comfortable clean room, decent breakfast, good value.

The beds were small and very uncomfortable! For Doubles they seemed smaller than usual and the mattresses were very hard- difficult to sleep.
Very close to airport, clean and modern hotel. Very helpful staff and a great breakfast before having to take off early on Sunday! Everything was in order and our rooms overall were clean and modern.

Location good, next to the airport, but need to take a taxi. Breakfast quite big, different options. Room was clean, very standard holiday inn style room.

Not great value for money, but it was the closest to the airport. Breakfast was average. Despite it being the closest hotel to the airport, it was impossible to walk there

No obvious walking route to airport for what purports to be an airport hotel.
Hotel itself is OK as airport hotels go but for an "airport" Hotel which I ve no doubt 99% of people book because it is "near" the airport, it is not easy to walk to the airport at all. It is a 20mins walk which in itself is no problem, but there are parts where there's no pavement and you have to walk on the road, albeit there is enough space. The hotel staff really try to dissuade you from walking and one can only assume they're in cahoots with the taxi Co whose fixed rate 15 euros fare they push. 15 euros for what must be all of 3 mins drive if that. If I went to Malaga again instead of getting cab to this hotel and having to contend with walking on the road I d simply stay another night in the city centre and get cab straight to airport. It would be cheaper for those who can't or who don't want to walk on road so would have to get 2 cabs. Don't be deterred you can walk!

It would be good if they made guests aware that it’s unwise to walk to the hotel from the airport (it’s written in reception but it would be good to know in advance so you can plan ahead)
Very clean, super helpful staff! Breakfast was plentiful with good options, room was spacious and comfortable.

Please don't be fooled into thinking this is convenient for Malaga airport, although right next door, it is still a 18-20 euro taxi ride even though it is literally 5 minutes away but no direct walking link.
Comfortable, well maintained hotel as expected from the chain. Staff helpful and the bonus of there being a breakfast snack available as we had a very early flight. Arrived a little before 2pm but was kindly allowed to check in.

Wonky shower- temp kept fluctuating and scalding at times. Window didn’t shut properly so very noisy with traffic etc throughout night resulting in poor sleep. Location wasn’t as expected- and would have been helpful to know taxi was required. Located on busy motorway so not able to walk relatively short distance. Had to pay €20
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Nice relaxed breakfast, no rush to leave.
