Best location ever!!! The room was a bit small but the location compensated completely! In addition, both the room and the hostel are spotless and the gentleman at the reception was so friendly, patient and service oriented.

We found it difficult getting initial access to the property. Fortunately, whilst we were standing at the entrance to the building in which the accommodation is located a tenant exiting the building let us in to the building. After that all very simple!

It's a narrow elevator but it works smoothly. Small flaws should not be noticed for the location. I have to say, it wasn't nice to find the previous guests empty shampoo box in the bathroom.

Very central, close to everywhere on foot. The facilities are quite sufficient for sleeping. The staff is helpful too

Just having to use stairs vs the tiny tiny elevator. It is 4 flights so it wasn't too bad but something to be aware of. We were also situated at the very end of the complex which isn't too bad for noise. The receptionist barely spoke any English so we relied on our Spanish and Google translate but they were still very nice and wanted to help us. Lastly the key system was a tad confusing and getting in to check in the first time wasn't as easy but it wasn't too bad either. These are all minor things and something that we did not mind but just wanted other people to be aware of.

The location was superb, it was comfortable, affordable for the location and the staff were helpful. The room we got was 2 twin beds; overlooking a quiet courtyard which was nice given how loud Madrid can be at night. Our washroom had a tower warmer which came in handy to dry our clothes from some hand washing.

Sometimes, it takes several attempts to open the entrance door of the building with the key.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from Sun Square. But it is quiet at night. The room and toilet are clean and spacious. The lift is old but functions very well.

The location is PERFECT for exploring Madrid, incredibly central. The hotel is easy to find. The staff are very friendly and kind, always ready and willing to help. The checkin process was very easy. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. More than enough space to open bags etc. I hope for the chance to stay again one day!

very close to the city center. the rooms were very clean. thought out down to the smallest detail; They put products such as razors, shampoo and shower gel. The employees were very polite. The double bed was very large and comfortable. The balcony that opened was very nice. It is ideal for staying as a couple. The best hostel I've ever stayed in. Thank you so muchh🌸🌸

No cafe or hot water maker to make your own. No refrigerator in room.

Excellent location right off Sol. Elevator/stairs. Comfy bed and pillows. Ample storage for luggage/hang clothes. Balcony to street below. Nicely decorated room. Room darkening blinds. Clean.
