Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed was a little too hard. Quite noisy with other guests banging doors and shouting. We wanted to ask things but no one on reception.

Beds were making weird noises. A big miss for us was a kettle and cutlery and crockery.
The staff was amazing, the guy at the reception was very friendly and gave us some recommendations for sightseeing and the hotel owner welcomed us during check-in. Room attendants were professional and cleaned our room every day. The location is great - close to the main part of Sant Antonio and the bus stop.

The bathroom door didn’t lock properly.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and near to too many restaurants, bar, etc. Near to the Hostal there is a free parking. The staff is very friendly!

Some details that didn't bother me but could be better. The mattress wasn't 100% comfortable (>my< opinion, could be different for you!) and the towels are not so good but nothing that really bothered me. It might be a bit noisy every now and then (not everyday!) because of the other guests having some fun but c'mon, you're in Ibiza! The only thing that was a bit annoying was waking up with the cleaner hoovering and making noises in the morning (11am hahha). It's not so early but after a nightout you might want to sleep a bit more. I'm definetly coming back!
The location was great in my opinion, close to supermarkets, beach, bus station. The staff is AMAZING! Everybody was super friendly and ready to sort out any problems we might have. They even recommended good restaurants for us and speak english as well. The shower was veeeery good as well and the balcony <3. The place was very clean, it was cleaned everyday, the rooms and the hostal itself. I recommend this place for everybody!

The location is excellent, near the center, and the room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind, nice and gave us the opportunity to use the hostal’s beach sun hats and sun scream! Our room was cleaned everyday, and the hostal is very quite, so we definitely recommend it!

Maybe to give a bit of improvement of the rooms and toilets.
Kind and helpful staff, location with some publics parking around , spacious room with AC and an easy / quick access to the building and rooms.

No cleaning services. Didn't do the bed or sweep, for three days of stay the floor was filled with sand and we had to clean it ourselves.

The toilet flush was making a weird noise, but that was not a deal breaker. The only other thing is they don't have any breakfast options. Overall, we could not find any dislikes about this place.
They provided airport pickup/drop which was very convenient as the airport is quite far from this hostel. The location is quite good as you can reach city centre by 7-8 mins walk. The market including restaurants, clubs, bars, grocery stores, etc. is very nearby to the hostel. The nearest beach is like 20 mins walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. They also provided free umbrellas, towels, after sun lotions for your beach day! Toiletries like clean towels, shower gel and shampoo were also provided.

The room was very noisy but that was down to our neighbours in the hotel rather than the hotel itself. The doors made a lot of noise when being opened and shut. Our safe did not work but we forgot to mention it to our hosts. We were on the third floor and there was no lift. We were ok with this but it might be a problem for some people.
The ride to and from the airport with the hosts was a very useful service for €30 and on the last day we were able to store our bags in reception until we were given a lift to the airport. There were parasols and sun creams/ sprays available in reception if you were headed to the beach. The bed was comfortable and our room, the one shown above, was spacious. The hosts were very friendly.

Not that we didnt like because we knew but mya was accomadating and put us on the first floor as there is no lift however first floor was easy enough evwn for older people .
The owners of the hotel are exceptional always helpful.kind and accomadating . The location is fantastic for the port bars sunset beach far enough away from the nightlige bit close enough to work too. Excellent value for.money .highly recomend rhe airport pick up amd drop off service they offer. Cheaper than a taxi and reliable .

No tea/ coffee available, despite room cost, not expensive but not cheap. Just some alcohol at reception
Friendly staff, changed my room & gave me the best room when I explained the problems with their choice.So that was more important than the lack of facilities compared to other hotels at that price. Genuinely nice people.

it’s not a 5 star hotel so dont pretend one. it was one of the cheapest we found so for us it was ok. hope next year there will be some renovation
the location is great, it’s very near sunset Strip and very near the big parking. the staff is very nice and very helpful. in general it was a good week there
