The area itself is a bit noisy but that is the price you pay for central location during a busy time and busy area. The only true negative is that there is not much hot water. (Someone’s previous review said the internet didn’t work and it worked fine for us. Someone else said there’s no hair dryer and there is at the desk you just ask for it and can stay in your room.)

The location of this place was unbeatable. The staff is fantastic and so kind (Especially Cesar!) The rates were really affordable and rooms were clean.

The location of the hostel is great, you're are right in the centre. Yes, that can mean a bit of noise in the early hours of the morning from the outside but it wasn't bad enough to negatively impact my stay. The hostel is clean, secure and the staff are friendly. Great value for money too.

I stayed only for the night and honestly I'm glad that was it. It's a cheap rate for Madrid so understandable. The manager was very helpful and provides much assistance.

Considering that the hotel is located in the lively center of Madrid it gets noisy outside during the evening(And to be fair this is to be expected in any big city) So my recommendation is to bring a good set of earplugs that are comfortable to sleep with(i think this is a good idea regardless of what hotel you visit).

The hotel is right in the center of Madrid. Everything you would want to see is within walking distance. And if you do not fancy walking, the Metro station Sol is just around the corner. This also makes it easy to travel to and from the airport by metro. The staff is friendly and happy to help. furthermore there is always someone at the reception 24hrs a day . The hotel is located in a beautiful old building on the 4th floor. there is an elevator available to get to the hotel or alternatively a beautiful old wooden stairs that seems to be polished daily. You will receive a key to the entrance of the building, Entrance to the hotel and finally your room key. This makes The hotel feel like a safe place to stay as well. The room and hotel in general are very clean. My room was cleaned daily and i received new towels every day. The room is not big. but at the same time has everything you need. it has a decent shower. In addition to that the rooms have working air-conditioning (Full disclosure my stay was in the middle of January 2024. Consequently the ac was used sporadically on the heating mode. Because of that I can not attest if Ac the will cope in summer heat. But they do work and are in good condition). In my Opinion if you want to go out and explore the city it is all you will need.

The location is terrific, a block and a half from Puerta del Sol. Staff is very good and very responsive. Room is comfortable and clean. If you want to be in the center of Madrid at a reasonable price, this hotel is a really good choice.

Noise. We doesn't like to use air conditioning while sleeping, it was pretty hot in the room but we could open the window because even with window closed it was really noisy there . But what else you expect living in the really center of whe city 2 minutes walk from main city Square.

Really good and understanding people work there. First time we stayed there the room was small, but second time it was bug and comfortable.
