small room, glass bathrom dor (see though) that could not fully close, sink not in bathroom but in room - if you have to go to toilet during night and wash hands afterwards would wake up friends sleeping, towels changign every 3 days - only one towel per person given in start

Room was small and had no view whatsoever, but, given the price, I cannot complain.

Location, so close to the train station... cannot be beaten. The staff was super-nice + had surprisingly good recommendations for restaurants (+ this is coming from a grumpy old man that does not like anything...)

Only a tiny thing - the hard surfaces in the corridors meant we could hear a lot outside our room.

Location, friendly staff (nothing was too much trouble), the sustainability ethos of this hotel chain, wooden key cards (not plastic!) the community spaces and free drinks. Staff checked in advance if there was anything specific we needed - they were happy to source a different kind of pillow for me which was much appreciated when I wasn't feeling well one evening.

The staff was amazing - extremely friendly and ready to help, hotel has excelent common areas available for each guest with its own unique atmosphere and a roof top, where you can relax and have drinks.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected. As I stated, I stayed in this hotel in September of the previous year. The staff remembered me (hope that's a good thing ;) The staff were super helpful with recommendations and calling the cab for airport transfer.

LOVE this hotel and the staff! I stayed here in September 2023 so when my travels took me back to Madrid I knew exactly where I wanted to stay - no questions. The staff are so sweet and accommodating. Comfortable beds and nice-sized rooms. The breakfast is extensive and offers something for everyone. You walk out the door of your hotel and you are within walking distance of anything you need. Just a wonderful experience altogether!

Room is bit gloomy.

Lobby facilities are very good with free coffee and nice design. comfy for computer work. Breakfast location is nice. Hotel is 50m from the metro.

I travel quite a bit as a solo traveller, and I am always a little worried about "single rooms". However, this one was amazing. It was definitely small, but everything was well proportioned and comfortable.

Small room was SMALL. Towels were on the thin, small side.

Place is very fun and attractive. Not especially fancy, but they have what's important. They also had unexpected fun touches, like a bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. Mainly, the location was fantastic. Right near the train station, the Prado Museum, the botanic gardens, etc.

Lack of drawer space to put underwear etc. The hanging space was adequate but we could have benefited from bed side drawers.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfasts were good value for money. The hotel is very central for museums, parks and tourist attractions.

A little noisy outside

Very nicely appointed. Exceptionally clean and organized. Loved the lounge area for all guests which I was happy to use in the morning when I woke up too early so I would not wake my friend.Free great coffee.

I liked everything. It was close to train, shops and restaurants. The lounge and rooftop areas are excellent, and getting free drinks for checking in online was a bonus. The staff were extremely helpful.

Only 1 elevator- sometimes takes long time to wait. Breakfast starts at 7:30 , reservations must be made because of limited seating. But staff are not ready to start at 7:30am, until 7:35am.

I highly recommend Sleep'N Atocha, a cozy place to stay in Madrid. 10 minutes walk from Atocha train station, restaurants nearby, bus stations nearby. Sofia art museum is at the back of the hotel. With great amenities. Coffee & tea at the reception, friendly staff (ready to help & answer questions) communal table & comfy chairs. Good variety of breakfast.
