Cats!!! Normal in Spain😅. Breakfast 12 europp but bit random, get down early. Pool not great, short walk down the road, tiles missing, but sea n beach on doorstep!!! Bring mosquito repellant for evenings.

Quiet location, lovely countryside, beach down steps with beach bar. Exceptional staff if little English. Rated Hostal but really 2 star hotel. V gud restaurant, local fish stew amazing, enough for 2. Comfortable beds, good shower n balcony with view of countryside. Bikes available n flat. Amazing coves nearby to explore. Hidden Gem

The pool was 10 minute walk away which wasn't mentioned on website. Lack of facilities in room eg. fridge, kettle. Breakfast was very repetitive. eggs, bacon etc always cold and pizzas inedible and evening menu tapas etc very average. No evening entertainment and lack of choice in the area. Definitely need a car to get about.

Nice view, good location. Room very clean with plenty of fresh towels everyday. Very quiet and beautiful pool. Stunning area for beaches and scenery. Good value for money. The owner bought us a kettle when we asked for tea making facilities and was very helpful.

On arrival, the check-in was extremely fast, with no questions asked. "Here are your keys here is your room, thank you bye" I didn't mind but it was very unexpected, I never experienced such a check-in.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we requested a new room the next day, with more space and he helped us without question, and was very flexible, and for check out he let us stay until 13:00

The pool was too far from the hotel and we were lucky that we visited it once at the first day, as ut needs cleaning and renovation. But the view from there was very nice.

That was great time with family. We liked the beach is beautiful and close to the hotel. The personal is friendly and obviously hard working. The room was cleaned mostly each day. Next to the hotel very nice restaurant.

The pool is very far from the property and not straight forward to find. All kinds of bees and wasps as it is in the forest.

Description and the photos are misleading. The Rooms of the hostel are above several restaurants so it has a bit of a strange feel. One evening there was a private party in one of the restaurants and we had rooms just above - it was impossible to sleep. Staff couldn't do anything about the noise.We were lucky that there were rooms available at the other end of the hostel and they let us change rooms in the middle of the night. Some rooms are small and shabby other are better but drawers smelly, no isolation, thin walls, you hear everything.

Great calm beach just down the stairs. Very friendly and nice staff although they were not too many and were very busy. Pool area is excellent but is 8min walk from the hostel which is not clear from the description. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed everyday. Breakfast is good.

The rooms are basic, but then the price is good so that didn't bother us. The pool area is 4 mins walk down the road, but this was clear from the listing, and it's worth the walk - absolutely beautiful location above the beach. Be aware that during off season some of the local restaurants are not open.

Hostal Cala Boix is a little gem in a beautiful part of Ibiza, a few meters from a gorgeous beach, Cala Boix, with a great kiosq for food and drink during the day, and within easy walking distance of many others. It's a quiet area - no partying - and thus a good 30-50 mins from the main clubs. The staff were absolutely wonderful, a group of women who did the cooking and cleaning and reception between them. They let us check in early, cooked us food when they were closed, and helped us get taxis, and were just very helpful and kind.

The location was amazing, near a small beach but in the middle of a green area. The pool with the view on the sea is really worthwile. It takes 10 minutes walk to reach it but it is a pleasent walk amongst nature. Few people around, a really calm area.

zero information upon arrival. staff speaks no english which is ok, but we would have expected at least some kind of booklet in english with basic info such as how to reach the hotel garden. walls are paper thin, you hear everything from the other rooms.

Nothing about the Hostal. Though, personally I couldn’t do more than a couple days in this area without a car as there is no public transport or a even a shop nearby.

It’s really close the to the sandy Cala Boix beach and has nice walks in the area. The staff were great, food was excellent and the place had a very homely feel. The pool area had a nice bohemian vibe and you felt very secluded. Overall the place gave off good energy from staff and it has amazing views.

Pool wasn’t right by property that I could see - we didn’t look hard as it wasn’t warm enough and the beach was great for swimming. we had a bit of an accident with one of the bikes - that all seemed to need a bit of TLC.

Absolutely wonderful location, very rural, birdsong, sound of waves, utterly peaceful but town within easy reach and so many good beaches beside the one just here. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were all warm and friendly. so easy to get down to the beach, perfect for families with small children with a play area and very quiet could de sac road. Generous breakfast, wider variety than sometimes on offer in Spain.

The room was outdated and nothing like in the pictures. But the rest of the stay made this place like a million dollar find!

The pool area with horses was exceptional! the restaurant was very good and inexpensive. the staff was kind.

There was a bit of a walk to the swimming pool, but it was worth the walk.

The location was beautiful, a 2 min walk to the beach and a restaurant so close by was really great. If you want a relaxing holiday out of the way it is ideal.
