Small room with poor lighting because the lobes dimmed the light too much. The electrical outlets were also in terrible locations. Those things though can be adapted to. What couldn't be adapted to was the Wi-Fi that kept disconnecting or didn't connect at all.

the room was dirty, there was a lot of dust under the bed and behind the wardrobe/bedside tables, the door of the toilet wouldn’t lock.

There is a smell of cigarettes in the corridors. There was no door to the toilet in the room. To get into the shower I had to "jump" over the toilet. I felt a bit unhygienic in the shower and in that bed. I was given a blanket and a pillow. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The towels were not completely clean. The furniture is old and worn out. The conditions are bearable, but in my opinion too low for the price. The price should be lower, or the conditions should be better.

I needed a place to sleep and take a shower. L'atic Rooms gave it to me. There also was the TV in my room. The hotel was close to everything because it is located in the very center of the city.

The mattress needs replacing. Bathroom door wasn’t closing. Shower tiles need replacing. No boiler for coffee or tea facilities. Only vending machines on ground floor.

I was placed in a more expensive room (upgraded room) which was located right in the middle of the corridor. It was impossible to sleep as the walls were too thin and I was constantly hearing steps and conversations from customers from the upper floor and rooms next to mine. They were also doing refurbishment in rooms on the same floor which only made things worse

As usual the price and location was the reason I went again to the same property

No one at the reception to check people in, everyday groups of stranded people in the evening, self check in not a good customer service move, has put me off booking this place in the future.

I did not like that the rooms were so small. me and my friend have a lot of clothes and makeup and there was not a lot of room to store this for 2 people. the staff also doesn't regularly clean the room. everything you need can be asked for. you have to ask the person behind the desk at the reception and they will tell the maids to do it. however, this has to be done before 12 pm because then the maids are not present anymore. me and my friend woke up after 12 every single day so it was not possible to do this. because of that our room got really dirty and that wasn't pleasant

i liked that the location was in the middle of the city centre and everything could be done by foot. the centre itself is a 5 minute walk and you are standing on the beach in a 15 minute walk. there is a shop about 5 meters away from the hotel (which is open for almost 24 hours) where you can buy drinks and snacks. a lot of other shops are really really close: bakeries, restaurants, the local market, a drugstore and even a place to wash and dry your clothes. the price is very reasonable, 315 for 2 people. my and my friend had a traumatic experience in another air bnb our first night in Alicante and because of that we made the switch to this hotel. the hotel is really basic and cheap which is reasonable for the price. me and my friend didn't mind this too much because of our bad experience the first day. we were just glad to know we had a safe place to sleep. if you don't mind a small place to stay and want a basic cheap room in the middle of the city, it should be fine for you.

there are stairs to the lift and then the lift doesn't stop on the floor you're staying on so you have to walk down half a floor to get to your room.

Very Uncomfortable bed, pillows, toilet and especially shower, also the wardrobe. Really with some adjustments this Room could be sold double of the price.
