Absolutely nothing!

The Hostal is ideal for visiting Ciutadella, everywhere is within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful making sure that you have everything you need and always smiling.

Room 102 is a little noisy being directly above the front door and lobby - others much quieter I expect.

No parking. We had a problem with a cockroach in the room, but unfortunately is a problem of all the casco antiguo of the city . A little bit expensive.

Nothing we did not like.

Everything was amazing, from the service to the breakfast. Room is great. We had a noisy aircon on the first night but they moved us to another room which was a suite.I appreciated the kindness of everyone on this hotel.This was an impeccable service. I am amazed.

the friendly and helpful staff. great location right in the city center. Ciutadella is a beautiful town and is the place where to stay in Menorca. very comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. unfortunately we stayed only 1 night, I hope to come back for more days

The location was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast! Our room was spacious and had lots of windows. There is a good supermarket around the corner Shops and restaurants are at a close walking distance. Excellent all around.

Rooms exceptional and very comfortable We did not leave out room aftrer 6pm as we liked it so much. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Better than a hotel... i think this hostel is the way forward for my holidays. Fantastoc value for money. Are you sure tjis was not a 4/5 star hotel?

Nothing to do with the hotel, but due to its location you can get a bit of "nightlife" noise from locals heading home in the small hours, it only lasts a few minutes though.

The hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes gentle stroll from the main squares, sights, Market, restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel building was clean and tidy and the rooms were spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings worked. Attached to the hotel was a restaurant and bar which served good, reasonably priced food and where breakfast was served.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. Free wifi was helpful for organising the rest of my trip. It is very close to shops,bars and the bus station.

The employees were so friendly and helped aus a lot to find good restaurants and the right bus stations. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel ist in the old town of Ciutadella. Shops and restaurants are in walking distanca (3 Min.)
