The quality of the bath towels can be improved: they are "paper-thin" which is not comfortable to use after shower.

Overall experience with staff, location and cleanliness were great. Photos are accurate and the facilities are comfortable.

Getting in wasn’t easy as the door wasn’t open and no one picked up the phone at the reception (we got through the emergency line immediately though ) Once in the staff was kind

Room temperature was a bit cold for me, when I tried to increase the temperature, the air conditioner screen automatically returned to the initial temperature. There were some hairs in the bathroom that wasn’t mine.

Staff was very kind and helpful. I’m a female solo traveler so location is really important for me, and I felt safe around hotel neighborhood even at the night. Close to metro station, easy to get to center and to airport. The room was generally clean. There was enough space.

This was a really nice property. Staff were friendly and helpful via message and other than check-in I didn't really see them at all (which some people like). I felt like I was in a good location, room was clean and I don't really have much to complain about.

Checking in after elevators are shut down and having to climb up the stairs with a lot of heavy baggage. We did survive.

Very nice hostel. Love the no human contact check in, still you could release property entry codes at least 2 days in advance . We found ourselves scraggling for the right application to provide this vital info. We eventually did, after 6 minutes of rain falling on us. Felt stupid while passersby rightly sensed we were from way out of town and totally clueless seniors.

The only complaint i have was that when i turned on the water in the bathroom sink it splashed water onto me because of the shape of the sink.

The fumigation or cleaning substance used on premises had a weird smell for me. Not unpleasant, just strange. It wouldn't prevent me from returning but I noticed it for sure.

Simple hotel/hostel in an excellent location. The staff are the most pleasant aspect of CC Malasaña, very helpful and friendly every time you see them and as a solo traveller it really helps to make you feel comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and plenty of sockets available for any devices you need to plug in. Extremely clean. There is some simple food and drink available at the hotel but I didn't try any of it as you are surrounded by every kind of restaurant and cafe, bar grill or fast food you can imagine. All within from a few seconds to a few minutes walk.

Breakfast comes in a lot of one way cups etc. which is not really environmentally friendly. The distant noise from a club was in some nights really annoying. Cleanliness could be improved.

The district is really vibrant with many cafés etc. and really close to subway stations. The provided breakfast is minimalistic but tasty and fine for the price. There were three sandwich choices which could be ordered the day before via whatsapp. Checking in via a passcode worked very well. Room was very small and minimalistic but perfectly fine if one only needs it for sleeping.
