No air conditioning (fan only), noisy main road outside which admittedly went quiet through the night, no balcony. If you want the windows open then you have to put up with the road noise from outside. Windows closed could be stifling - it was 38 degrees outside at 10 p.m. Was there a lift?

Easy to find at the far end of town and very convenient for walking into the town. Friendly welcome, clean with pleasant decor. There is a supermarket 200 metres down the road - turn left when you exit the front door. Sanguesa - lots in the guide books about its historical significance, plenty of bars serving simple basic food at a reasonable price. Good municipal pool (can get crowded) near to a convenient and clean camp site with bar/restaurant. My pics show the very effective mosquito screens over the window and the river across the road from the hostal.

    Nothing not to like.

Apartment was simple and clean. Great location overlooking small plaza. Being able to cook a simple meal with produce from the local shops was a treat.

The heating in the rooms was good but we felt that the insolation could have been better as the heat seemed to be escaping through the large windows.

Juan Pedro was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. We will be returning next year to start our walk where we finished it this year.

Rude staff at check-in. Noisy main road. Next to smelly water treatment plant. No other facilities - tea, coffee etc. The bare essentials provided. A 'cold' characterless place.

    Reasonably comfortable bed.

The owner was amazing. He sat down with me and explained elements of business to me. All was real nice..but the owner JP was the best part.

Good place to stay over for one night. Space for bikes available.

It's only a hostal, the price for the room is far too high (with 50+ Euros). The hostal is next to a busy road, but has a nice view

    large room, clean

Was 1st put in worst available space. Studios are quarter mile from Reception. For studios, free wifi in public areas means outdoors in front of library at far end of plaza.

3rd floor studio passable after rejecting the tiny claustrophobic 2nd floor one.
