Shower water power not good

The room was slightly smelly (moisture) and the shower heads were not the best. Too little water and in one of the bathrooms was no hot water.

Great Location, easy to find. The room and the bathrooms were clean. Towels and fresh bedding sheets were provided. The staff is lovely and the kitchen is also clean and well-equipped. The WiFi is reliable.

The air conditioning units were in very poor condition in each of the two rooms I stayed in. The filters were very dirty and full of dust. In addition, the area behind the vents was very dirty. I spent several hours cleaning them to avoid getting sick. Make sure to check the AC if you decide to turn them on. I expressed my concerns over safety to the staff and they assured me the matter would be addressed. Again, if it wasn't for Cesar's extraordinary customer service skills, I would have rated the hotel much lower due to the poor condition of the AC units.

It was a very good experience overall. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants, bars and cafe's. Best of all, it's about a 5 minute walk to the train station. The staff exceeded my expectations; especially Cesar. He went above and beyond to help me, and if it was not for him, I would rate the hotel much lower. He is truly an asset to the hotel. Thanks for everything! Everything was very clean; exceedingly clean in my opinion except for the air conditioning units.

The location was a little to far from the beach. We had to get taxis back every day, however it was a nice walk down to it. Just one member of staff was a little bit rude to us, all the others were very nice.

The serramar was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was very handy for early morning cups of tea.!

Didnt know about the 24hr reception and was concerned I wouldn’t get to stay when my flight was delayed

It's way expensive for having no TV and a shared bathroom. Not close to the beach, paying the price of what would be first line beach in other areas.

Didn’t bother me much but the Wi-Fi didn’t work well.

A lovely little place to lay your head. It was very quaint and traditional. Bed comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Air con was powerful. Felt safe as a solo woman. They also let me check in early which was appreciated.

Not too sure if it was just my room, but the internet connectivity was intermittent at times. So majority of times I would be connected with no issue, however there were times where the net was down or had no connectivity. Also I didn't know that I could buzz the reception on the outside when the reception was not at their desk (i.e coming in at 2am or above) you can hit the buzzer from the outside and someone will open for you.

The WiFi in the bedroom was very poor.I have traveled in Spain for two months and this is the worst pension for reception and I believe management do not care about complaints.

Great location and enjoyed facility on first floor where there was a large fridge and kettle to make hot drinks.

Your booking site was a little confusing and our booking confirmed as a room with shared bathroom. We did not want that so we phoned the hotel direct and upgraded. Our request was dealt with efficiently and the room had good basic furnishings with two comfy beds and an ensuite. Very clean. The hotel is central to all amenities.
