Staying at Hostalet dels Indians is like staying with a beloved family member. It really is absolutely unique: authentic, beautiful, in the heart of Begur. But what really makes the place is the host, Antonia. She is a lovely, lovely person, full of energy and stories to tell. She treated us like family, and we really felt right at home staying in her home. The breakfast is prepared by her, and is all high quality ingredients and absolutely delicious. The rooms are sparkling clean. It smells lovely in the whole house. There is a shared space with a piano which you can play. Just absolutely magical. We felt sad when we were leaving --- we wanted to stay more! Thank you, Antonia, for the unforgettable experience! Hope to see you again in the future --- until soon!

Such a unique and special place, located in the heart of Begur. Grandma Antonia is the most loveliest person with the kindest heart. Every morning, she prepared us exceptional breakfast and would even pack the leftovers for beach. We felt right at home. The house is neoclassical Indian house aged over 200 years old, restored with skill and respect. We will never ever forget this stay and would like to say thanks to Grandma Antonia again for the hospitality. Grandma if you’re reading this, we thought about you and missed your breakfast this morning. Merci salut!

We spent 4 nights in this delightful and elegant hostalet, hosted by wonderful Antonia, Alexis and Franc. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean, stylish and we especially loved the large private balcony. I had a tummy issue and could not have been cared for better. Herbal teas, complete bed changes, special food and lots of enquiring of what else they could do. Sadly I missed out on the extremely generous breakfasts, which were served in the garden area. My loss. 6 types of fresh fruit along with high quality local fare and even a small local sweet white wine! Franc’s cocktails also deserve a mention, served in the oasis away from the bustle. Highly recommended!

Traditional room in villa home with large ensuite and huge balcony to relax on. Delicious breakfast and fantastic hostess who went out of her way to look after us. Easy to find parking in free parking lots in town.

A hidden gem in the center of Begur! Antonia and her family are very kind, welcoming hosts; during my stay, I felt I was in a home away from home. Antonia's breakfasts are excellent, and she kindly caters to all dietary requirements/ preferences. My room was beautiful and spacious, with soundproof doors on the balcony to block out any outside noises. The location is perfect for exploring Begur, there are many places to eat and shops to browse, and the town is particularly lovely of a night time. I chose to walk to the beaches, most of which took 35-45 minutes. Antonia will otherwise provide maps and information for buses and routes. If I'm ever in Begur again, I will be returning to stay at Hostalet dels Indians! Thank you Antonia and co.

Excellent room, bed and amazing breakfast. Fresh towels each day and the room was pristine. The hosts were friendly and very informative. Could not rate this hotel highly enough. Close to all bars and restaurants.

Everything about this property was absolutely delightful. The location in the center of Begur gives instant access to wonderful restaurants and bars, and it is only a short drive to wonderful beaches and beachside communities. The couple who run the place were extremely accommodating, and breakfast outside on the terrace was a treat. It is an extremely romantic place to stay. Very highly recommended indeed.

Everything was beyond perfection. Antonia and her daughter excel in caring for guests. Attention to detail that is unusual in this day and age. Nothing negative.

Everything. The place is historically rich, authentic, charming, personal, attention to detail, human touch...all in one package. The terrace is full of plants and beautiful ratan chairs. Very cozy. The place is impeccably clean. Everything smells wonderful. Breakfast is amazing. Hard to provide tips for improvment. Just keep on loving what you do so well! 🙂🙂

The location is perfect, you have all around. The little inner garden they have, bed maxi comftable. Room with lot of charm that make you travel into the time. Breakfast was amazing and served with many live and care. If you really want the catalan experience, go to places like this.

Beautiful colonial house with two rooms only. One room with a huge balcony and view on the small garden terrace and mountains. Rooms with original details and great atmosphere. Antonia is a wonderful host, gentle, nice and a good source of information. Francisco makes excellent cocktails to enjoy in the garden terrace. The breakfast is magnificent with lot of fresh fruits of the season and a tasteful fresh made tortilla. The town is beautiful with good walks in the neighborhood and through nature to the beaches. Highly recommended.

A magic place with very welcoming staff, you feel like you are at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, no noise, atmospheric room, very clean and amazing breakfast!! we would like to be back to that place again :)
