We were not sure if room cleaning was included because it wasn't regular. There was also no sign which you can hang on the door to let them know if you want the room cleaned or not. Also, there was only one small trashcan in the room and it was placed in the toilet.

It's quite noisy because the balcony is facing a boulevard with heavy traffic.

The hostel is located near metro and bus stations. It is on a walking distance to Sagrada Familia. We arrived early in the morning and as the check in is at 15h, the host agreed to keep our luggage. He was so nice to agree to keep our luggage after we checked out for the whole so we had a nice walk and went back just to grab it. Really nice and friendly. He also gave us a card and told us where to go, gave us nice tips about the bus to the airport, and the transport to some siteseeings.

It was more like a Hostal than a hotel but with separate rooms, there was no receptionist so if you needed someone you had to ring one of the workers or hope that you cross them in the hallway. The walls were really thin so you could hear people in the hall. When booking initially, I put that it was mine and my partner’s anniversary, the host said they’d leave a bottle of champagne for us, however there was nothing left for us sadly! It’s not very easy to find at all, no signs of the hotel name outside

About 10/15 minute walk from the city centre, good links for public transport too. Room and bathroom was very clean. There was a locked luggage room. Bottle of water given upon arrival, lots of convenience stores around the hotel. We had a balcony which overlooked the main road which was nice at night. Air con was very good

When you first arrive the entrance is hard to find and get into cause it’s an apartment building but call the hotel and they help direct you.

It was great location, close by walking distance to attractions and had a few restaurants near by for a late evening dinner or snack.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Really interesting to help you. The room was clean and the bad was very comfortable for sleep. Room is small, but for it was ok and cozy.

the corridors are poorly soundproofed so be careful not to disturb the other rooms. A suggestion: maybe to put some foam inside the metal box to leave the keys… to not disturb the other rooms.

A perfect room. The location are also perfect. I was there for one week. They are very kind. I asked for a small fridge and some plates. The room 11 on the Gran Via is very nice and sunny. I think it’s the nice part of the hotel because the other part with the reception can be not really quiet.

The rooms directly to gran via are very sunny. And the rooms with balcony made to the room are much darker but they are more quiet.

It was kind of noisy, since it's in a very central and busy location and our room was right in front of the reception.

Most difficult to find, as not actually an hotel and without discernible, entrance sign, as it is basically a long set of rooms on a 2nd floor within an apartment block.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of service. Stairs very windy and I couldn't carry me luggage up the stairs. Thankfully the host took my bags.

Great location, friendly staff. Fashion outlets very close. Restaurants very near. We were here to visit old friends who live nearby.

Unfortunately found some hairs that weren’t ours on the bedding. Staff were lovely but not available at the front desk most days.
