Booked a Double Bed / Queen Size bed and got a single bed. The window could not be opened fully, only a few centimeters.

The only downside is there is no air conditioning. On a hot night (30+ degrees) it is a struggle to sleep only with a fan on. If you open the door to the balcony, the noise from the street might be too loud if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was great. The location is perfect - a supermarket, coffee shop, pharmacy and metro station are at your hand's reach. It was clean and comfortable, at night in the building was very quiet.

There was blood and hair on the bedsheets. The first two days there was a bad smell inside the toilet but it was cleaned later. It would be better if towels were provided

The location is perfect very close to the metro station. The house is big There was a ventilator The toilets are separated between men and women The owner (Carmen) is very nice and friendly. I was able to communicate with her even though she doesn't speak english. The price was affordable so it is good to stay there for few days

I would appreciate if the facility provides towel in the shower room. In addition, there is no air conditioning facility inside the room (but a heater), so it can get kind of warm and humid when travel during summer.

The property was clean and had a mini fridge in the private room. There are plenty of storage and moving space in the room. The room also had a great noise blocking from the outdoor noises of people walking and vehicle driving.

My only complain is that the chair in the desk was uncomfortable. It is not the best for working a couple of hours.

They could improve the cooling system, adding AC. It was really hot during summer.

Very close to the centre. Metro and bus very near. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by as well.

There was no towel rack in room. Our room was situated with the window to the street and it was very noisy. There is no AC so you need to keep your window open.

It is very big. Great kitchen and comfy bed. You have your own fridge in room.

My room was at a busy street with a lot of traffic, so it is rather noisy. It was also a hot and humid period, so it was necessary to keep the balcony door open and the fan on.

The location is great. Gracia is a nice neighbourhood, and the metro stop is very close. The owner is friendly and helpful. It was a spacious room and it was very nice to have your own fridge.

• A bit more space to hang things in the showers would be welcome and a door rather than a curtain. • People wearing masks in communal spaces would have been appreciated • Photos in listing do not necessarily correspond to the room offered. I was first offered a room with a window to a concrete light well. However, I was moved to a much nicer room after I suggested the photo on the listing was completely different.

Was not comfortable overall. Was too hot to sleep without AC. Could not sleep. Woke up suffocating, having nightmares I couldnt breathe and dying. Only way to have fresh air is to open the window which is right on the main street which cause problem for safety (accessible) and very noisy with cars. Also the shared bathroom was not great. Sharing one hand soap pump between 3 sinks and 3 showers. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Sharing 1 towel per day to dry hands in the bathroom between all guests. The staircase to go up to the hotel is completely dark at night and a hazard. Next time I will get a room with AC because its not worth it otherwise.

Overall not very happy about this place …. The location is pretty good, close to restaurants, metro 2 min walk. You have access to a shared kitchen, you have a private mini fridge. Good desk in the room and comfy mattress. Wifi was good. Staff was welcoming.

For the category and price point there is nothing that needs to be improved.

The location was perfect for my trip, the building is safe, and the cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding. The customer support was also great, they were really flexible with the check-in and check-out times and Mrs. Carmen is an absolute delight. I can only recommend this facility.

Everything was great

The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and nice, she helped me with my registration and was happy to help during my whole stay. While I didn't speak Spanish, we used Google translate to understand each other. The shower was clean - there were three of them in the women's zone, but they were clean and nice. The toilets were separated, so there were no queues during the mornings (at least at that period I was there, in July). The room was equipped with towels and a fan (which was a salvation in the heat). The location was fantastic and there is a small balcony with great views to the street. It might be a little bit noisy if you leave the window open during the night, but if you turn on the fan and close the window, there is silence in the room. Generally, it was a great experience in Barcelona

The room was big and the bed was comfortable! Had a beautifully large open French windows and fridge, included with fan for hot nights. Incredibly clean and a lovely area to stay, I felt very safe.

the owner is scamming the guests. he confirms before arrival that the room is with private bathroom and then when you arrive and pay you realize that it’s a lie. NOT RECOMMENDED

Super nice host and a perfect stay in the heart of Gracia. The shared bathrooms and facilities were cleaned nearly daily and she was always there to help out and answer questions. Especially as a female solo traveller, it felt safe and the people sharing the space were all friendly.
