Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very well situated to explore the gothic quarter and further on foot. Although it is centrally located, the hotel room was blissfully quiet. Would certainly stay there again. The tapas bar next door was the best we visited (a few times!) in Barcelona.

Building is old but was fine by me, my family might wish to stay in a 5star hotel or so

Staff are all great, very friendly and always ready to help with warm smile. Hotel is located in city old district and is exactly the living experience I was looking for to stay in Barcelona.

We liked everything. Don't try and drive up to it though, only taxis can get right to the door I think (we parked in an underground car park nearby)

My second stay, and just as perfect. Such a calm and quiet location even though it's moments from the metro and Las Ramblas

A really lovely hostel. We stayed in one of the apartments, it was simply furnished but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Everything spotless. We had breakfast included, very good selection and delicious granola. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location is just off La Rambla, so lively outside, but calm and peaceful within. Highly recommend.

Despite the nice room and service provided, I found the price (150 Euros per night) for Spain in November too high!

Everything was great! A coffee machine in the room would have been nice

Great central locations, with a cool little tapas bar next door, many various shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with comfortable beds and very clean! We had room 304 that had a big double big, and bunk beds, living room with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom (no TV, but we didn't need it) - which was perfect for a girls weekend!

I just did not see any sleeper in the room, I was expecting to find one, but it is not a big deal, all other things was just perfect

It was one of the best places I ever stayed in my trips. I always feel like "the hotel vibe" but this time it was not like that, it was as comfortable as home. Location is incredible, I can not imagine a better location then this. One of the most famous bakeries is just near the hotel as a plus if you are a chocolate lover like me and also a good coffee place! It was so clean and stuff was always so kind anytime. I will definitely stay again here for my future visits to Barcelona!

We managed but lift is small. Also Wheelchair travellers would need to check measurements for doorways and lift. Our daughter managed with assistance in her manual chair (mid size)

Location is great, just off Rambla, close to areas we enjoy in fabulous Barcelona. The apartment was light and fresh, well appointed. Breakfast was good and fresh, lovely lady organising food etc. Reception staff were great, very helpful, in particular Maguerite and Annie, appreciated assistance with ticket purchase etc.

free bottle of filtered water first one or two days but after that we had to fill our own containers downstairs. after spending four nights the hair from the shower was not cleaned up once. impossible to find, taxi dropped us off saying cars couldn't drive to the address and we got lost for a long time after streets changed their names, etc.. asked a number of people but no one was familiar with the name of the street. later we had to step aside as cars drove right past the hotel! surprised one day to see that our beds hadn't been made and told that it would be taken care of after 3 p.m. but this never happened. not enough shelving, etc. to store our things.

the staff went above and beyond what we could have expected, even stepping outside the hotel to help us find things. they took the time to explain which metro stops to walk to for the particular destinations we had. because they were so helpful i don't like to say anything negative but the staff's friendliness and kindness were in stark contrast to the inattention paid to housekeeping.

If you had a car it would be hard to access the hotel in narrow pedestrian street

Location in the heart of ramblas but away from noise... Room was surprisingly large comfortable modern eco friendly and the young lady from phillipines that checked us in sooo helpful nice kind perfect host

The location was AMAZING! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast area was adorable. The staff was super nice and we even got picked by random selection for a portion of our room funds to go to homlessness. An amazinf stay would recommend to anyone!

Prime location in Gothic Quarter. Beds were super comfy. Adorable layout with 2 small verandas. Restroom was perfect size with adjustable water pressure. Elevator was pleasant surprise. Air conditioning worked amazingly. Great value for superior location.
