Perfect location for overnight stop en route from UK to our home in Spain and close to the motorway. Super big room with excellent facilities including good shower and comfy bed. Excellent and plentiful food served in the cafeteria and staff there and in reception very good. A perfect stay for our purpose.

The room allocated had the smell of cigarette smoke. A new room was quickly allocated by a helpful receptionist which was much better. The room was quite dark, the bulbs in the room were not all working as very low voltage so in the evening it was hard to see to unpack.

Quiet room. Breakfast was good and worth paying for. Secure parking available which we didn't know before so parked in the road as the car park was full outside the hotel. When we discovered underground parking we paid for this to secure our vehicle overnight, it's worth paying for if you have valuables in the car and bikes on the back like us. Good bed, bathroom clean but a little tired.

Very helpful staff, comfortable good sized room. Very good breakfast, parking is on the hotel grounds but is unsecured. Plenty of places to eat locally.

Would have been nice to have a Swimming pool

Outside the old town made it a better cost for our overnight stop and the secure underground parking was important for our motorbikes. Taxi to the old town is €15, and well worth the trip.

The staff in the cafeteria and the check out staff were impolite and abrupt.

Arrived early at the Hotel but our room was happily readily available. Very pleasant young lady at reception who gave us lots of information about the area etc. Free Parking and bus available just outside hotel for access into Pamplona itself.

Good option if you are just stopping for a night. Regular, clean rooms. Breakfast is not included in the price but if you decide to add it on it is a small, good buffet. Free parking is a plus.

A nice hotel , situated on the outskirts of Pamplona . We have stayed here before and will do so again , very professional staff , clean and well presented rooms , a lovley restaurant and a very good breakfast set up . we had underground parking for our motorbikes and in the morning the reception desk helped me to track down a motorbike shop in Pamplona that sold parts we needed , even ringing through to confirm they were in stock .

Definitely partly my fault, should have been more careful But so many hotels in France are pet friendly This one isn't! But they don't state anywhere that pets aren't allowed🤷🏻‍♂️ Please state clearly on your website PETS NOT ALLOWED...I wasn't the 1st to make this mistake AND I lost €100 as I had to book my friend into another hotel & Andia wouldn't refund my money 😥

Didn't want to be in the city centre so location just of the Motorway was perfect for me. Room was a good size, nice shower & good Spanish food in the cafe.

Room a bit small for the price. Room cold. When we left the room for a couple of hours the heating went off as you need the key card for the electricity. Consequently it was still very cold when we returned as it hadn't had a chance to heat up. Room dark. No lighting over the centre of the room, just side lights and light at entry. Room very noisy as it was located right next to the lift. Request a room away from the lift when booking!

Fittings a bit dated. Longish check in. A way from the city’s centre. Had to pay for parking because all free outside spaces taken.

WiFi was hardly working. The shower head was a cheap old plastic one and most of the water falls besides instead of on you. Both are a 4-star hotel unworthy.

Big room, quiet area and easy bus connection with Pamplona's old town (line 10). Breakfast was very complete.
