We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great location and beautiful building! Staff was very nice but the lady from the breakfast was the best! Super confortable room and bed. Only down was that the rain shower was not working and the rooms should have a mini fridge. Great stay!

The Booking.com description said that there was a (well reviewed) restaurant but it was not open during our stay. Breakfast was very poor. The room was very dark with inadequate lighting.

United KingdomThe restaurant in the hotel was closed and we were not informed about that when I made the booking That would have been ok, but all other Restaurants in the neighbourhood of 30-40 km were closed as well. I came Was traveling with a 7 year old daughter as she had a movie shooting in the mountains nearby. So we had nowhere to eat apart from breakfast. We had to buy some ready to eat food and warm it up in the hotel. If you are staying in the hotel room with no kitchen, you are supposed to have dinner in the restaurant. So why accept bookings and not inform guests about lack of a vital service availability. To me it would be the same as to accept booking and when the guests arrive inform that there is no water on the bathroom.
The breakfast was quite nice, but there was only soft white bread option available.
