Did mention this previously, drainage system is an issue, you have to hold the flush for about ten seconds each time or it'll clog with toilet paper. Told them both times, also that wash hand basin water pressure was weak, both times on separate holidays, they did absolutely nothing about it and didn't seem to care. Also the pool is packed with kids, luckily the beach is a short walk away and much better. Cleaners are average.

Hotel on the whole is good, we went back there three weeks later. Breakfast is really good, couldn't ask for more. Rooms are good and comfy beds. Short walk into town.

They lied to us, stating they had over booked the prestige suites. We met a couple who were upgraded for free as it was their honeymoon I think.

cost and quality of the lunch was really poor, we had the prawns and we believe these were cheap frozen type that were over fried awful but the cost was so exspensive. We were returning guests and had booked 3 rooms and when we asked for a late check out were going to be charged an extra £100 i think this is poor service.

The life guard was a great guy always on hand to help.

Staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast amazing, selection is brilliant and omelette station a real treat. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Easy walk into town with excellent number of bars and restaurants.

Very family orientated, loads of kids, head for the beach nearby, much nicer. I mentioned the flush on the toilets being poor, nothing was done, always leaves toilet paper behind, have to flush and hold for ages.

Junior suites were big rooms, most of the staff very helpful, breakfast was very good. Massive comfy beds and big bathrooms.

Location! Large, plenty of area, well laid out. Hamman spa was a lovely inclusion. Beautiful resort with amazing staff.

The exterior of the hotel is great with a superb swimming pool but the room (we stayed in the junior suite) is a bit outdated. Not really a 5 star hotel feel. There is also a strange smell in the room. It feels like the hotel had its best time. I would give it a 4 star review.

The hotel offers a nice and varied breakfast with a lot of choices. The swimming pool is great as well. The lifeguard was super friendly in offering us towels the entire stay! The entire staff is nice and friendly. The sunbeds are good as well.

The room service food was very poor. Everything undercooked (raw chips) and the pizza barely cooked. I went as a solo traveller and none of the two restaurants were open so every evening I had no choice but to have room service. If the restaurants were closed due to no staff you should of advertised it on your website. This was a big disappointment.

No entertainment what so ever. All just rather stayed and boring. No music. Just far too serious a place. No classes eg. yoga, aqua aerobics or stretching. Hotel drinks eye wateringly expensive.

my only complaint would be the coffee at breakfast ! I ordered tea instead so no problem and we had nespresso machines in room - that coffee was much nicer. sorry to complain.

Complementary water only on first and second night of a 7 night stay. Was told that only meant to be on first night. The expensive mini bar could be used thereafter. Stayed B and B but looked to add HB meal on one or two nights but very expensive so ate elsewhere.

The spa was shut the second day and I was told that no compensation was allowed because it was a optional extra, not something I'd paid for.

Amazing room, food, and service. The spa was only open one of the days - but it was fantastic! Even though I was unable to use the spa on one of the days, I was able to use the outdoor pool even after I had checked out.

No baby changing facility’s in the hotel.

The staff were fantastic, especially Merissa , who work’s the breakfast shift . she accommodated our 10 month old baby , by making up baby food and explaining what was in breakfast dishes suitable for a baby . She went above and beyond.
