We were overlooking a construction site where some building work was taking place to improve some of the facilities of the apartment block and the neighbouring hotel The workmen usually began their work day at around 7a.m. which meant that the disturbance affected our sleep time which was very frustrating, we were not advised of any such work being carried out which bore a direct impact on our stay

The accommodation was fabulous and well maintained throughout our stay. Our room was situated at the side of the apartment block, so, we had a restricted view of the bay of Palma Nova. Location was great, but, we did have a steep hill to climb to access the property

The location was good close to bus routes and ideal as a base for cycling. Typical holiday location, lots of shops, bars and medical centres etc. Sandy beaches and good sea views.

The key cards to to the room failed constantly - we had to go to reception on 3 occasions a single time. This was only made more frustrating by the fact that the reception staff were jointly checking in 2 parties of 4 people instead of splitting the task between check in and other queries. Standing in line for 20 minutes to get a third key to my room was incredibly annoying. The only other downside are the birds in the ivy opposite most rooms with a beach view. 6 o clock wake up every morning.

The breakfast was good - lots of choice for both the adults and children. Evening meals also had lots of options. The pool and the views from the terrace are amazing! There was a lady on reception when we arrived who was fantastic - so efficient and friendly.

Car parking is not available and during the night it's quite hard to find a slot to park in the street. It's not a hotel fault though it needs to be kept in mind if you're renting a car.

Good apartment and location. I missed some utensils though I didn't expected a fully equipped kitchen.

Although the beds got changed daily the room was in need of a deep clean, there was lots of dust and crumbs around the bed frame and other fixtures and the walls definitely could use a scrub. Bathroom and rest of the room was lovely and great size.

Nice hotel, good facilities and beautiful view. Close to the beach and buses easily accessible.

When we arrived we were told we would have to move hotel on the last night I would of liked if the hotel would of informed me earlier or via email nothing said till our arrival

The beds in the room were single beds.. I would have liked to have had a shared mattress so that sleeping together would have gone better.

I don't like the way the beds are made. Because when you get enough to cover the entire bed, you then need to make it again. But this is a problem for many hotels.

Squashed small bugs all over the walls, these should have been wiped away. Very confusing as to which hotel you are booked into as there are 3 close together, there must be some way to define which one the customer is staying in & which one you are booking. Not good to arrive at one to be sent to another.

Very noisy Road out the back, lots of shouting screaming late in the night. Room very light - blind not covering window Noisy kids pool area below us. Swimming pool very small. No washing up liquid/cloth/ tea towel.

Rubbish courtesy room , was basically a sauna. Strange rule to wear a wristband even when not all inclusive! Very hilly , no good for anyone with mobility trouble. No smoking on your own balcony
