For a family with children it lacked any kind of fun. There was no evening entertainment, and the pool wasn't heated so an April trip wasn't ideal for swimming. The location of the place made it feel 'out of town' and required a fair walk to get to anywhere notable. The hotel feels more suited to older couples, or more a boutique business venue. It was a decent trip, but wouldn't stay again there, despite it's good point.

The hotel is very comfortable. Extremely clean, and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Really great people. The quality of the food on offer was very good.

Its not that something which I dont like but it could have room amenities (tissues, posibility to do ur own coffee in the room, iron set ), as it is rated as 4 stars hotel. For later check out you need to pay extra for every hour

It has good location, clean, very friendly and approachable staff, nice gym. For what I needed it was a good price value for what they I had.

The bed was a little hard for my liking.

Great location in quiet area with lots of bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Fabulous gym with free weights, squat rack etc. Buffet breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange and omelettes made to order. Bike hire from hotel really cheap too and great cycle lanes accessible along coast. Room has huge terrace overlooking pool. Poolside bar has a really good menu and the staff are lovely. This was our second visit and will be going back next year.

Nothing that actually comes to my mind. For a business trip it was more that I could have used.

The hotel is in a more more quiet area of the city, but still close to very good restaurants and the waterfront. The service was very good, including a very rich choice for breakfast. I was there for business trip, but if I have to come back I would easily book it again.

this part of the city is a bit deserted in mid march. Early season I guess. Pool was (understandably) still closed in mid march.

hotel bar food was allright. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice. Can't say anything about breakfast or dinner as we didn't eat there.

For the price we felt spa would be included which it wasn’t. Had to pay extra to use and had to book in advance as it is open to the public so mornings were often not available. The other hotels we stayed at the spa was included for free during stay. Asked the staff for chargers as ours didn’t work and none were available which was unusual as the other hotels we stayed at had plenty of spare chargers. Room next to us were quite loud speaking and playing music at night. The sound travelled through the walls. One bottle of water given during entire stay.

Pool was not open or even cleaned and no air conditioning in the room ( we were told it was because it was winter... it was 20 degrees!)

We bought this hotel as it had the spa but we couldn’t use it because we had the baby and we weren’t allowed with kids inside unless they were 16years old, very disappointed as this wasn’t advertised in the article. Overall the stay was very good.

It is a bit far from the center so we used the city bus sometimes.

It is called a spa hotel, however the spa is run independently from the hotel, meaning if you stay in the hotel you don't get any preferential treatment and it is also opened up to the public. It was fully booked up apart from one day and you don't get any discount for staying in the hotel. This should be advertised on their website and on booking.com. we were a little disappointed with that. Our shower also was not good. The pressure was basically dripping water and it would from hot to cold in seconds. This should be looked into further. However, I would stay here again as all staff are lovely and rooms super clean and nicely designed.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect as you're a short walk from anywhere you need to be and 15 mins from the airport. The room was very clean and cleaned every day by lovely housekeeping. We were lucky and got a stunning sea view from our window. It was a very peaceful hotel and they put on a great breakfast.

Room was far too hot and the air con was not in operation due to the time of year. Slept with patio doors open.

Stayed overnight before flight to use SPA facilites. We were upgraded and the twin room was spacious with a balcony and view. Friendly staff and was allowed free hot water to make my morning and night "health" drink. SPA was relatively quiet with good facilities, entrance fee was applicable. Beds were comfortable.

Room wasn't really up to a 4 star standed. Shower gel and shampoo bottle in the room was empty. Flooring had chunks missing out of it. Wardrobe door felt like it was about to fall off. Maid woke us up at 8am cleaning the next room and having a conversation in the hallway outside of our bedroom door. It appeared attention to detail was missing in parts

Comfortable bed and good powerful shower in the room. Brekfast was amazing and spa facilities were also lovely (although this isn't included in the hotel price) good location, around a 30 minute walk into palma with some bars an restaurants along the way.

Issues connecting to broadband first 24 hours but issue resolved for remainder of stay. Stayed outside of main season so some minor work going on but not intrusive.

Excellent self service breakfast with good choice of hot and cold food including freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes. Nice spa area and treatments. All staff exceptionally helpful.

2 people in the room, 2 towels and, for example, only 1 hook in the bathroom, there was nowhere to hang a wet towel or a swimsuit. A completely glass bathroom, minimalism totally impractical, too little space, especially the bathroom with a wardrobe (!) The rooms are already a bit damaged, wallpapers and shower elements are falling off, furniture legs are broken, there are a lot of minor defects. Very very dusty shelves in the bathroom, we had to wipe them thoroughly before putting our clothes there, the shower cabin was only wiped down with a cloth but not cleaned, you can see limescale deposits etc

large selection of food, dinners are best on the weekend, during the week it's a bit more modest (but still plentiful and tasty). Nice service, just like you should be nice when working with customers. However, there is one chef who has such a great attitude and willingness to talk that the day just got better! The waiters were great, super service at the bar, really nice people

Apart from a small fridge, there were no other appliances in the room. From a four star hotel, I would at least expect a coffee machine in the room, but I guess they want you to spend money in their restaurant instead. Also, when booking, there was no information that Spa wasn't included, and I had to pay 9 euro if I wanted to use it.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony which was a nice bonus. Some nice shops and restaurants around with plenty of options to choose from. There are several bus stops near the hotel so getting around the city was easy. The Spa was nice and clean, good to relax. Staff very helpful and nice.

Not much to mention. The separate top and bottom sheets on the beds get messy soon when a person moves a little in the bed

Very good breakfast wit large selection of everything, including freshly squeeezed orange juice. Spacious room. Not very close to city centre, but within good reach of public transport. Very easy-to-operate safe box in the room, which accommodated a laptop.

Didn’t notice any significant imperfections, except that it would be nice to have electric kettle in the room.

Food here is the best among hotels we’ve been to! Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious, waiters are very kind and helpful. The room we got was warm and filled with light, yet clean, bed and pillows were really comfortable to sleep the whole week! Thanks a lot! Would 100% recommend the hotel to my acquaintances.
