We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Loved the hotel room itself. Nicely decorated, spotless clean, comfortable bed and good quality furniture. Bathroom also spotless. Roo0m cleaned daily. Towels changed on demand, you just left them in the bath if you needed clean ones.

United KingdomThe rooms have super thin walls... Can hear the teleworking in the next room and if any of your neighbours are up for a party - trust me, you are not sleeping that night. Can hear people walking in the corridor past your room, as if they are walking inside your room. The only way to get a decent night's sleep - earplugs - get ready :D But this is the only thing that bothered me, hence not a 10 stars. Everything else - super good, also considering the hotel is quite cheap. The hotel offers a taxi service of 22 euros to the airport - but if you call yourself an Uber it's about 11 to 17 euros, depending on demand, but I guess you are just paying extra for being lazy :D
This is not a 5*hotel, but the service is a 5-star service. It was a last-minute weekend break and I was looking for a budget option and didn't have high expectations, as this is a 3-star hotel. But the staff in the hotel - amazing people, super professional, polite and very friendly, definitely made me feel welcome. I booked a standard room, and they gave me the one on the top with the sea view, not because I asked, just because they had availability, as it's off-season and just because they knew it's nicer. So while booking - choose the poolside, which has much better views and if you stay on the top floors (5th and higher), you will enjoy your room much more. I haven't had any food in a hotel, as was on a mission to explore different places and restaurants, so I can't comment on that, but cocktails in the beach bar are super good - one of the best Aperol's I had!

Location is excellent, great value, clean rooms. Bonus they have a new roof top bar with not too expensive drinks (3euro a bottle of beer). Taxi service to airport can be organised at reception, pay them 22euro then give driver the chit. Huge bonus on having to get a taxi from the street
