Nothing really, I'd go back like a shot and have recommended to my friends.

The local area is perfect - a proper neighbourhood where real people live, not full of tourists, but just a walk or very short metro ride away from loads of sights. Casa Vicens is just around the corner and we walked back from Parc Guell one afternoon. The restaurants in the square are great, we tried Varela (twice as we all liked the food so much) and the Molina bar was fab too for Sunday brunch. There is a supermarket up the road and a greengrocer across from the flat. The flat itself is very comfortable and has everything you need to make simple meals, if you can be bothered with such good food options around. Nuria, our host, was fabulous, full of good info and so friendly and cheerful, as was the taxi driver she ordered for our trip to the airport.

The apartment was clean, in close proximity of train stations and buses for an easy commune. Also close to convince stores, pharmacy’s, coffee shops.

Very nice and comfy place, so close to the metro station. Big up for the terraces outside the apartment. The host is such a nice person, very responsive and so gentle. We had a good stay.

The building is next to subway, even late in the evening you can feel (and hear) the building trembles when a subway train passes by.

Great hosts! The apartement is perfect. Clean, lots of towels, airco, everything we needed is provided. The hosts Alex and Nuria are the sweetest people. Coffee and cooking supplies provided. Even laundry and dishwasher pods. All we had to do was relax. Perfect gettaway. Close to subways and supermarkets in wonderfull part of town. Us :2 adults, 2 children had a great time!

The apartment is in a central location, it was clean, well equipped (ironing equipment, coffee machine etc.) and the AC worked well. The hosts were very welcoming, explained everything, answered all questions and were kind enough to share a few tips to make our time in Barcelona even better. We spent lovely time there. Definitely recommended.

One of the best places in Barcelona I've been to. Lovely clean apartment, great location and such nice people renting it. It was just 3 of us and each slept in their own room, but It has plenty of space for about 5 people.

This is not related to the property, but there is some noise in the morning when salubrity comes to pick up the container with recycled glasses from the sidewalk :)

The apartment is very clean, well maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including coffee, tea, honey, some jam and nutella for breakfast and many more. The beds are very comfortable and all rooms have blinders so the sun will not disturb you in the morning. Very good location, right near Metro station. The neighbourhood is filled with different restaurants so you have plenty of choices if you want to have dinner near the house.

The apartment was lovely and provided a perfect base for us (family of four with 2 teenagers). It felt modern, airy and comfortable and there were lots of little personal touches meaning we had a really nice stay there. Its location is great with two Metro stations nearby and two cafés downstairs to have a drink/snack at. We were able to pop back to rest feet, charge phones etc. before heading back out again and for me personally I slept really well, which isn't usually the case when away from home! And last but not least, Núria the owner was just lovely. So friendly, warm and helpful. We all liked her a lot! Would thoroughly recommend staying here and so glad we chose it instead of a hotel.

Everything was really great!

Nuria is an escellent person and was always available, really kind and helpfull! We could have an early check-in and a late check-out, which was very comfortable for us! The appartment was very clean, spacious and its facilities were great! The decoration was really nice and modern. The location was great. There were many places where you could have breakfast, meal or dinner. There were also supermarket, bakery and grocery very close to the appartment. The bus station is just outside the door and the metro station is about 3 minutes away. All in all, La Mehor Zona de Barcelona is the best place to stay in Barcelona!

Nuria the host provided us with all the information we needed prior to our trip. She met us at the apartment and showed us all we had to know. Answered all our questions regarding the area & travel. The apartment is very smart with modern equipment. We had no problems whatsoever. She was also kind to let us stay for as long as whilst we waited for our flight on the last. Lovely aircon too. Loved this apartment x a million times & highly recommend. Great host. Thank you again!!

Nuria, is very friendly. Arranged a securde parking for my Dodge Ram (big car) for 3 nights in Barcelona for 55 euro Total. Information upfront via WhatsApp very clear and friendly. Nice appartement only 50 meters from metro station. Quiet appartement, no noise.

We would suggest places to hang our towels near or in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have a box of facial tissues. These are very minor issues, overall everything was great.

Nuria was an incredibly gracious and helpful host. She was flexible to accommodate our check in and check out times. We loved staying in the apartment. The place was very clean, spacious, and modern. It was also well-equipped and we appreciated cooking simple breakfasts and using the laundry machines. The beds were comfortable as well.
