The floor is wooden which makes a lot of loud noize when neighbours move their chairs.

It could have been better if the room had a little fridge. We travelled in April but would not stay in the room without a fridge during the summer period.

Tiny bathroom sink. The hotel is old & tired. Pet friendly but can't take your pet to breakfast. Unlike other hotels that we have stayed in, it would be nice to have a designated area to have breakfast with your pet as we agree with the hotel policy that pets can't be left alone in the room...

Water shortage on the 3 rd floor in the morning. Breakfast could include more vegatables (not only tomato). I have missed a kettle in the room for making tea.

Nothing to complain about. Water in our room was not very hot but as we stayed only one night we didn't feel the need to raise it to the staff.

It was hard to find the parking as there were no signs. Would have been extremely hard to navigate alone, because it's close to impossible to find a parking spot at least relatively close to the hotel on the streets.

The hotel is relatively big and has a separate parking options. It had a pool (even though it was closed for using during our stay), nice terrace and comfortable lobby. The breakfast buffee was also pretty good.

Could do with a bit of renovation, but to be honest, there was really nothing that disturbed me. It was well cleaned, so I can't complain.

Great location in the middle of town. Nice staff and well cleaned. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation, some things are starting to get torn. But I was still happy with the room.

The hotel was easy to find, parking was close with easy access we went everywhere on foot to everywhere we wanted to see no need for the car once it was parked. Great city, fantastic atmosphere. Will go back.

The inhouse parking garage was being renovated and that put a nice coat of dust all over our new car. And no electric hookup for charging. The solution is the public parking lot at 200m.

Staff very friendly and breakfast was quite nice. Quiet room with a pleasant view on the pool and adjacent buildings. Great location.

Minor but still mattered to me.There was a musty smell in the hotel room and the balcony railing was covered with bird feces. Breakfast was not really worth the price you pay.

Location was perfect. At the center, next to the Rambla and 5 mins from the train station. Room had a balcony. And best, the staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was a bit on the cramped side. However, that has to be balanced by the price, which was extremely good value, and the breakfast was also excellent. I had a single room, and others might be larger. Even so, the bathroom facilities were proportionately larger, so for a short stay, this was ideally placed.

While the (single) room was quite small, this hotel was excellent value located right very close to the lookout across the sea. The shower room was proportionate to the room reasonably large and there was a good shower. Breakfast was very good indeed. So for somewhere for a shortish stay which is only used for somewhere to sleep, this hotel was ideal. For a slightly longer stay, the lack of space for luggage may have become an issue, but other rooms may be larger. Another positive is the location extremely close to the train station (Tarragona not Camp Tarragona). I arrived by coach, and it's a straightforward 15 minute walk from there. It's ideally placed for all the main attractions, and I'd certainly choose this again.

There was no kettle in the room. The photo of the bathroom is different from what was given to us, there was no heating rack. There's not too many variety in the breakfast. The hotel personnel at the breakfast area is quite rude.

The location is superb, Christmas Market is in front of the hotel entrance. Attractions are easy to reach by foot from the hotel
