In our room there were no windows. The shared bathroom wasn't always clean, the problem is some irresponsible guests not the management, but maybe they should increase round-the-clock cleaning.

The location, two minutes from Gran Via subway station, and the neighborhood is great.

There is a window above the doors so you get a flash of light anytime someone moves in the hallway at night. Not the greatest for someone with jet lag.

No windows, only narrow window to corridor. Automatic lights in corridor turned on and off and leaked into the room, a very minor annoyance.

Noise. The walls are a bit thin so if guests are coming in late at night it can wake you up, but it was just one night. Not too bad.

Central Location, very close to main attractions and monuments. We did everything by walking. There are metro stations in Front, Gran Vía station is right in front. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean, change of towels every day. Great cost benefit.

Of course a private bathroom would have been better but there were three bathrooms shared between 8 rooms so we never had to wait. The sign was not visible from street level so we walked past before realising what door we needed to enter.

Gorgeous room very highly furnished for the price. The balcony was such a treat too! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Casa Lemus is located minutes away from the Gran Via train station making commuting around Madrid a breeze! The rooms are on the smaller size but the shared facilities were kept clean during my stay and with how much Madrid has going on, one only needs a bed to sleep! Staff were very helpful and accommodating!

Very minimalistic accommodation: a bed in a room and shared bathrooms. It's a place to sleep, but if that's all you need, then it's perfect. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is situated very centrally. You would anyway want to spend your time in the city and not in the hotel.

Can't really say anything was wrong at all.if u want a gr8 view of the city from ur hotel balcony then this isnt ur place to stay but if ur looking for something clean n tidy and next to the centre thwn give it a try

Room is small but do u really need a big room when you're only there to sleep? Was clean and had air con which was a bonus as it was very warm when we were there.toilets and showers were always clean and tidy and its literally 50 yards fron Gran Via one of the main roads in Madrid

I didn't like the fact that there was no table and chair in the room, that there was a bad view when I opened the window, that the room was not cleaned on other days, and that there was no counter in front of the mirror in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I thank them. The location is very central. I was pleased that it was a clean room.
