The shower in the room was very poor! Even with the small shower head the floor always got wet and the room steamed up. Quality of loo paper poor.

Excellent selection of foods for breakfast. Service was generally very good with lovely staff!!

We were unaware that the Hotel and Restaurant Llafranc are now separate businesses. Whilst the hotel has a restaurant, it is not the one we expected and there is no bar to sit in. Also, on arrival the receptionist was not friendly nor was she helpful. Car Park charge of €18 per day seems excessive

We have been in Llafranc many times and mostly stayed in apartments. Now the children no longer want to come on holiday we decided to go for the Hotel Llafranc. The location is great and the rooms are a good size and very comfortable.

Waiting staff in the restaurant a bit odd, felt they were taking the Mickey. Pretending not to understand Gin and Tonic, red wine etc. Let themselves and the Hotel down. The women in this place are so much more professional than the men. Barca had been playing the night we encountered these problems. My husband thought they were drunk. Not great.

The location is wonderful, lovely looking over the square with a balcony. Super clean. The breakfast was great. Lots of fruit, lovely bread, hams and pastries. Good staff.

1 young lady exceptionally friendly to check us in ... but other desk staff barely smiled during our stay in the restaurant absolutely excellent service with smiles all round

Be warned you can hear everything from other guests. Flushing toilets, talking in hallways and the restaurant (if on level 1)

The location is perfect right on the beach front. The town is beautiful. The rooms are small but they have everything you need and are very clean.

Just one chair in the room could do with two No mirror in the bedroom only in bathroom really needs a mirror in natural light, preferably full length Tea not replaced every day, milk appeared for the first time on last day

A little tired, no bidet in the bathroom , small room.

Excellent situation right by the beach and close to the restaurants. Good breakfast included with fresh made coffee. A kettle in the room so you can make a proper cup of tea. Sea view.

It was a little noisy on the Saturday night, but we had been prewarned of this and it went on longer than expected. Once the party was over the emptying of the bottle bins probably caused more noise than the party music.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the front in Llafranc. The room was a decnet size and fully airconditioned - perfect for a few nights near the beach. We did not take breakfast at the hotel until the last day - it was excellent.

Sadly the staff are not at all friendly. We may as well have been invisible. On our countless visits to Spain, we have been greeted warmly and recieved a friendly hola from everyone including housekeepers etc whenever passing.

room was a small cave looking into another room about 3 meters away. AC didn’t work it just blew air so room was too warm for good sleep

I stayed in April and Llafranc was very quiet. not the hotels fault but there is very little here. not even an ordinary bar from what I could see.

Hotel public areas are very good but the bedrooms really need updating, and sadly look very tired. The bathroom particularly, with a plastic shower curtain which did little to prevent a soaking wet floor.

Absolutely the best location, especially if you have a room overlooking the sea & close to lots of bars /restaurants. ( However this early in the season most were closed ) Good size room with comfortable bed & kettle to make tea/coffee. Great breakfast options with nice staff throughout the hotel - felt very family run.

The price was too expensive given the size and orientation of the room: the view from the window was a small internal "patio" with no light.

The room was clean and the installations were new. The staff polite and helpful.
