Only negative comments are that we would have liked a better waiter service around the pool areas. And it’s a shame it’s not closer to a nice beach.

Biggest hotel pools in the region. Better restaurant buffet (breakfast, dinner) than some of the neighboring 5-star hotels, in my experience. Also, the hotel area, in general, is quite big and allows you to play pool, with a daily mini disco event for kids, other kids friendly events during the day, that mattered to us. I also enjoyed the hotel gym. The gym cannot replace a proper commercial guy but it has multiple cable machines, even a leg press, which is surely not what most hotels have. Furthermore, since it is a spa, the spa is quite big and impressive too, for such a hotel. I've enjoyed two sports massages.

Fitness was missing some basic equipment. There were too few electric outlets in the room.

Good atmosphere, lots of activities for the guests, great outdoor selection of pools. Very spacious and clean rooms. Overall fantastic resort.

Problem with key cards to rooms. The problem was that the cards did not work across the hotel for 2 days. Staff very apologetically and was nice that dinner for the whole stay was on the house.

Great location, really close to a large beach. Access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and have a luxury feel even with a standard room. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly .

Beautiful comfortable hotel on very large grounds. Something for everyone! We loved the quiet relaxing areas to be found all over the grounds which are full of beautiful tree palms. It was lovely to be able to eat breakfast outside in the lively courtyard. Well done to all the staff and managers!

We loved the breakfast, so much choice regardless of what time you go, would book here just for this! The amount of pools and pool beds meant there was never that rush to get a bed, which was great. We enjoyed the activities put on by the hotel, ranging from Aqua Gym, to putting, to tennis, really well organised by the activity staff. The location is great for all the restaurants in Melonares, easy access to the walkway by the sea and very safe.

Breakfast fairly basic and limited , fruits and berries mostly from tins. No gluten / dairy free table with yogurt or breads just a few gluten free cakes which look tired - alot of hotels have embraced gluten / dairy free with great selections usually so I was surprised.

Great location near restaurants and shops , yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at all times. Lively birdsong heard all day . Very good pools two gently heated and comfortable to swim in.

Gym could be better. Parts of the Spa facilities should be included to enhance the experience.

Minor things I was disappointed that I couldn’t bring my coffee or cava out to sit in Plaza after Breakfast possibly because it’s been windy. This was never an issue before. The WiFi is very slow. I wish they could provide some English speaking TV stations.

Great location, good food, comfortable. I have been travelling to Villa Del Conde since 2007 and am guaranteed a wonderful stay. Staff are lovely it’s very clean service impeccable

The resort was large and navigating this can sometimes be a challenge. Felt the 'dinner' timings were to restrictive for me when I was on certain schedules for an event.

The rooms were so comfortable and view was superb. Location right next to the promenade allowed for great morning runs and evening walks. The buffet just had everything you could ever dream of!

Trying to put up the parasols at pool.

I found that on my arrival it was just so magical. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I had just lost my mother so i really needed this time for myself. Thank you. Also the lovely gesture of chocolates for my birthday.

- mediocre pasta/risotto/paella at the dinner buffet - some swimming pools are warmed up but not enough for jan feb - bizarre policy of towels replacement: you can change pool towels only on certain dates and times which is...... ridiculous... they say this way is eco-friendly, but there are tons of better ways to make it eco, this way is just uncomfortable - drinking water is a rare thing, only available at the bar, 3€ for a small bottle

- very good meat and fish at the dinner buffet - great architecture and buildings design which recall the traditional style, i.e. small amount of plain concrete, metal and glass - good amount of green areas/trees/gardens - optimal location - excellent night shows

No room service no kettle in room I knew this so bought travel one! No light meals to be got after 5pm The plaza during day could be utilised better Ie light entertainment fashion shows etc.
