There is not amy shopping market within walking distance. But there are many good points about this hotel.

It is very close to Alhmabrah and the Granada city is also not so far. Therefore, the location is ideal. The staff perons were very helpful and very nice.

There is an on-site hamam in the hotel so I was hoping that it would be possible to use the spa area free of charge. However, we were told that it is only possible if you make an appointment for a massage which is of course not included in the room price.

Comfortable beds, clean room and a bathroom. The breakfast was ok with good selection of products (smorgasbord style).

The location was perfect if you're driving.,underground car park Straight off the motorway with a bus stop directly outside the front of the hotel taking you into the city center.

Beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada. This hotel is on the quiet side of Granada, so will take 15-20 minutes via bus, to get to the Cathedral etc. The pool was closed and the gym only has cardio equipment. All the staff were very kind and friendly.

The only thing that "could have been better" is for the bathroom to have a shower unit instead of a tub shower. Tub showers are OK but stand-alone showers with a fixed overhead showerhead and a flat floor are much better, in my opinion.

The hotel is located just far enough out that walking into the center or to the Alhambra would have been a bit much, so we took taxis for about 6 Euros (plus or minus a bit). There is also a bus that goes to the Cathedral, although we did not use it. Staff were very helpful and responsive. During our February visit the hotel's heating system was the default mode for the AirConditioning system and when we got to our room it was hot. We turned off the fan but it was still hot. Reception immediately sent a man to unlock the window. You could open it with the upper tilt feature but he unlocked it so that we could open the entire window. That helped tremendously and we were fine after that. I paid extra to park in their underground garage. Easy entry and exit and I was able to find a large space for my car.

While the breakfast buffet had very good selection, the hot food was cold (during last half hour of breakfast). Roman baths looked great, but it was booked for party group in the morning…and I didn’t have time to wait till after!

Very nice, modern hotel with mountain view. Daniella and Pablo at the front desk were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean. There are nice seating areas on first floor (at least) with couches and tv. While hotel is away from the centre, the bus stop is just outside with buses every 10 mins or so. We had dinner in lovely restaurant next door.

The room was very hot, the window only opened a little bit and cooling/heating control did not work. We did not sleep great.

The staff at the desk were lovely and really helpful, the parking was convenient (a little expensive) and the room was very clean!

The funiture is slightly old which was fine BUT it was sweltering hot in the room as only heating was available (despite it having an aircon sign, hot air was coming out). We had to open the windows which brought lots of noise it from the highway. We arrived early so the room might not been fully ready but we had a room for 3 but everything was in sets of 2 so we had to phone them multiple times to get stuff whenever we realised anything was missing

The service staff were really nice, very willing to help and friendly. The bus stop outside is convenient to get to the city centre. Pretty value for money I would say

Very nice experience! we arrived very early at 6am. We didn’t think we can check in that early. But they still gave us the room and we had a very good reste.

The hearing was too high and although it was put off at the room it was still too hot, so we couldn’t sleep well and during the night we had to open the window. The personnel tried to solve it but the system was not good, so although they did their best and were very friendly there was nothing more to be done.
